I am the homeowner. If I could rate this company more than 5 stars? I would. I just can't even believe there is a negative review on here regarding Zippy Zebra. We have been using them for all our plumbing needs for many years, not just a single event. Water heater floods, slab leaks that were very difficult to find, sinks, garbage disposals etc. We recommend them to everyone who ""ever"" needs a plumber. They are reasonable, professional and don't stop until they get to the root of the problem, and have it corrected. This is a family business and everyone in the company will treat you like that. I have never had any interaction as described by the negative review and we have had some crazy emergent situations, they are ALWAYS professional and on time. This is one of the most ethical businesses we have ever dealt with.

I wanted to give a formal shout out to Zippy Zebra Plumbing.

I left him a message late last evening about an emergency repair to my water main and they call me back before 8 this morning.

They had someone out to dig by 10: 30 and repair was done by 12: 30.

Their cost was reasonable compared to other quotes that I received they were professional, courteous and quick.

I truly appreciate them getting a scheduled same day and getting the job done quickly and done well.

Called Zippy Zebra Plumbing this morning because we had a backed up main pipe from the kitchen sinks. Within an hour a technician was at our home. He came in and identified the issue pretty quick and explained what he wanted to do next. After probably another hour or so of rotor routing the service port outside of the house he believed he had the restriction clear. Did some tests and make sure we didn't have any leaks. He even gave some suggestions on what to do in the future and even some advice on some other small symptoms we had that he wasn't there to address that day. Would definitely call again service and price was great

Dave from Zippy Zebra plumbing came by to address several items from the ""deferred maintenance"" list in our newly purchased pre-owned home. Dave was knowledgeable, informative, helpful and professional and obviously a very experienced plumber. He took care of our leaking faucets quickly. The price was reasonable and the service excellent.

Earlier this week we had zippy out to fix out toilet and shut off valve to the wall. They offered to come sooner but we didn't need them to come till a couple days after the call but it was nice to know they were willing to fit us in. Brett did a great job, he was quick and pleasant to work with! He had to work around window installers and didn't skip a beat. During the process he answered all my questions and didn't seem annoyed to do so. Their pricing was also reasonable. I have a few more things needing to be done and I'll definitely be calling them again.

Excellent customer service! The day before the Christmas Holiday, our water heater needed replacing - they were here and completed the work within two hours of our initial call. They even called at 8:00 that evening to check that everything was done to our satisfaction. Good old fashioned customer service gets my business every time!

We used this company this week based on a referral from my brother. He has used them twice in the past. They came in and repiped a section that wasn't done right the first time and snaked out a clogged pipe. This is a 40+ year old house. We were pleased with the service and the price. We will call them again when we need a plumber.
