Called Zippy to get a second opinion on what I was told was a broken pipe in a rental property. Because I thought I had a broken pipe I needed to have someone out to the property immediately. This was the only company that I called that would accommodate me. Matt could have taken advantage of the bad information I received and run up a huge bill, but instead he was honest and his invoice was half of what the other plumber told me. I would highly recommend Zippy Plumber to everyone. There's a reason they have high ratings on Yelp- they deserve them.

Matt and Jack were awesome! I had a leak under my kitchen sink and Matt talked me through the entire issue so that I could easily understand. He explained different scenarios of how to fix the problem. He even gave me tips on how to increase water pressure in my shower and sink faucet. Very knowledgeable and a nice guy too! Definitely reach out to zippy if you are having plumbing issues!

Matt came out on a Sunday. A remediation company had detected moisture in my wall the day before and suggested I get a plumber to detect where the moisture was coming from. Matt, cut open the wall further to find I had a pipe with holes in it due to nails that had punctured the pipe during the initial construction of the building. He cut out the damaged pipe, replaced it with a new one and successfully took care of the leak. I was very impressed with Matt's professionalism and diligence in taking care of this serious problem. I will definitely use Zippy plumbing again and would absolutely recommend them for plumbing services.

It is not everyday you have an """"enjoyable emergency plumbing"""" experience, but Zippy Plumber did just that. I called frantically explaining that my garbage disposal was leaking into my cabinet and making quite a mess on my wood floors-- Robert immediately stepped in and went to work assessing the situation, making his schedule available, and finally, fixing my problem in less than five minutes! I was not able to be at home for the visit but Robert called me as he arrived and walked through the whole process over the phone in a kind and calm manner. He even did an assessment on my washing machine pipes which had sprung a leak and provided an estimate free of charge. Great company, trustworthy people, and excellent service.

Had a leak in a bathroom sink that others could not figure out. Took Robert about 30 seconds to identify the issue and give me an exact quote to repair it. He was also able to help help with a kitchen renovation project other contracts had just walked away from. Any time I need plumbing services, I will definitely be calling Zippy Plumber again.

Called them mid-morning and they managed to fit me in by the afternoon. They gave me good information on fixing a small toilet problem and advice on what to do to fix a leaky faucet (replace it). When I said I'd try to do it myself, Robert pointed out some tricky parts and tips on picking out a new faucet. This was my first time calling a plumber, and I'm happy I did!

Saved our day!!!! Further adventures of buying an older home. Robert and Austin came in and were professional and courteous. What amazed me the most was they finished so quickly and they had to remove a portion of a pipe!! Thanks for being available so quickly!!

Robert was fantastic and came out to fix a problem the builder failed to repair while we were under warranty. He fixed the issue and helped us figure out the mistakes the builder had made. Would absolutely use again and recommend!

We thought we had a pipe leaking in the basement of a new house we just bought, which didn't concern us terribly because the water was literally landing on asbestos tiles we planned to have removed later in the week. Still, I had nightmarish ideas of leaving the house and coming back with the entire basement flooded if the leak worsened. So after a couple of days of the leak barely leaking, I decided to call a plumber anyway. I called Zippy Plumber because I had previously had a good experience with them at an emergency at a rental property and they had been great on that occasion. So I called and spoke to Robert and he said he would be at the house in 20-30 minutes. On the way my real estate agent, responding to an earlier text about the situation, called me and told me that my home warranty should cover the problem and not to pay anyone for anything. So I immediately called Robert back and apologized for canceling, which he understood completely, but then he said """"I'm only 6 minutes out, do you want me to at least go over and turn off your water?"""" I said that would be great if he didn't mind. He couldn't turn the water off at the road, so he ended up going inside and quickly informed me that the leak wasn't in the basement at all, it was actually coming from a toilet in the upstairs bathroom and the water was running all through the ceiling and walls and making its way down to the basement. He found the leak and turned off the water supply to the toilet, all after I had rather rudely sent him to the property and then canceled on him, and didn't charge me a thing! Like I said, this is my second great experience with the company, and I definitely plan on calling them for whatever plumbing needs (inevitably) arise in the future.
