I called today for help with a plumbing issue, got Matt's voicemail and didn't leave a message. Less than 5 minutes later, he called me. He was unable to come over today, but offered to do a FaceTime consultation and walk us through the fix and, if that didn't work, give me a referral to someone else. Who else would do that? Our issue got resolved easily and I now have my """"go to"""" plumbers.

Excellent experience. My ancient water heater finally gave up the ghost after 20-plus years. After a mid-morning call to Matt, he had a service person, David, at my home within 90 minutes (who also called when he got delayed in traffic to let me know he would be a few minutes late.) After explaining my options, without aggressively trying to upsell me, David made a quick run to pick up the new unit, then returned to install the new heater. Less than three hours later, everything was done, even though he had to make modifications to bring my system up to code while installing. Price was fair and exactly as quoted, plus the clean-up was so thorough you'd never know the area had even been disturbed. A+ service all around. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

The rate was $350/hour and they roll the $69 trip charge into that if you agree to get the work done. In addition to changing a toilet flapper, the technician looked at another toilet downstairs, assessed the supply valves as not working and needing repair at some point, and he also checked the water pressure and told me it was too high. I will have to look for a lower hourly rate for the bigger repairs that apparently need to be done. Matt was super nice on the phone and the tech was nice and informative.

Called earlier this morning about a leaky p-trap and Matt had a plumber scheduled same day. The plumber, Shaun, quickly identified the issue, evaluated a couple of quick fix solutions but we ultimately decided to rebuild the p-trap and get it right. Shaun was able to rebuild it quickly with all issues resolved. I will definitely be calling Zippy back for future plumbing issues!

Called at 2:25 p.m. June 19th (aren't cell phones a wonderful tool for tracking?)...it was a 3 minute call so clearly I did speak with someone - Supposed to have someone call me back to set up appointment - waited all day that day and the next ; then called again the next evening to see what the problem was....she was apologetic and said she would get in touch with them again. Now here it is today - June 21...I called another local plumber who came out in an hour (and it wasn't even an emergency) and repaired it on the spot! Now, just 2 minutes ago I get a call from a different number saying Zippy has no work order from me - they also called my business by a name it hasn't been for more than 6 years now...seriously?? TWO phone calls - and two conversations over TWO days -

Disappointing Experience/Non-Experience. Called, spoke with someone that said they'd be out the next day. Rearranged my day to be home for the service. No one called, no one showed! On top of that, they are very hard to get a hold of. I tried calling back a few time, no one answered and no one called back.

Call Zippy and ask for Cody if you ever have a leak or any plumbing needs really! He showed up within an hour of us calling Zippy, was so informative and helpful, and had the leak repaired in the most expedited fashion. We are so grateful to Cody for doing such a great job.

Called them at 3am for an emergency plumbing repair. The operator said a technician would call back. No one did. Called back 2 more times and both times operator was super nice, said she would get a tech to call me back but no one did. Can't trust this company again if I have a water leak crisis in the middle of the night.

I had an outstanding experience with Matt. He's great to talk to, always helpful and is obviously a complete pro at what he does. As long I stay in Atlanta, he's going to be my go-to person for plumbing issues. Highly recommend him.
