I don't normally leave yelp reviews, however, zippy, drain, and total Humber group go above and beyond to help their clients. I realize they get a lot of crap, no pun intended, from clients when there are sewer issues that they can't fix right away. We had a very large tree issue, and even though it wasn't a simple fix, Ian the technician stuck with us and worked extremely hard to ensure our line was clear and usable. No, he encountered root math after root math, he kept plugging away through the challenges that that brought about, and ultimately he was able to get our line clear and ensure we have a plan in place for future needs. It wasn't cheap necessarily, but it was definitely worth the money. And honestly, it would've been inexpensive. Had we've been cleaning out our line every year to two as was suggested. Even though it had been longer than that, which made Ian's job much harder, he kept going until the job was done. Lesson learned, we will now have Zippy drain come out yearly to get our sewer line and insurance. It stays clear for years to come. That cost will be minimal compared to having to replace the line. If you are looking for the best company in the Metro for drain service, HVAC, and excavating. You definitely want to talk to Zippy drain/total comfort. They will take amazing care of you, and they always put the client first.

they over charged me by 30 mins 72.50 for travel time. no mention of this in multiple calls. this was during technicians lunch break from prior job to mine. paid 144.00 week before to them and 500.00 for this visit. drain clog due to tree roots. finished job, but terrible attitude by the technician on site. bad job by the office agents, no mention of travel time. I live in middle of city.

They were very unhelpful when we needed a drain cleaned. The company sent a kid that looked like he belongs in high school. He muttered something about ""company policy"" and walked away. He refused to help us. Refused to even talk to us. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

I called the day we were getting ready to leave town for a holiday. Zippy was able to send a tech in 3 hours. Their tech tracked down the problem, he fixed the issue, cleaned up and was gone in short order.

Very fast and responsive. Within an hour of the call had technician, Ian, arrive and diagnose culprit of clogged sink. Was able to clear clog within a few minutes.

Friendly service and a fair price. Would recommend if you're running into any backup issues.

Both of my sinks were clogged and Ian came in, he was hilarious and informative. Absolutely loved his energy and he fixed both of my sinks in like ten minutes tops. Absolutely recommend this place to literally everyone.

We bought a kohler kitchen faucet about a week ago , zippy installed it and with in a couple of days it broke not because of installation but because it had a solid blockage in the system, we went and bought a new faucet and on a whim we called these guys , and they were out the next day which is Friday ,I can not express enough how convenient they are and they are so friendly, they call you back has soon as you call them they are out to your house and take their time on doing what needs to be done and they are so reasonable, I want to thank you guys for being so friendly and prompt, and you are the most awesome people I can't think you enough, truth be known if I could of rated you all bone 5 I would thank you Zippy

Highly recommend Zippy Drain Service. They were here within 30 minutes of calling. Nate the technician was super friendly and knowledgeable about the issue with expert advice. Resolved our issue quickly and efficiently. Price was same or less than ""affordable"" competitor who never showed after hours of waiting.
