I called many companies before finding Zippity Split, and when I tell you they were punctual-I mean they came within 2 hours of me calling regarding a huge leak outside my house. Other companies wanted me to wait until the following week (this was a Thursday, and the water had to be shut off for the entire house!). I'm upset with myself because I forgot the guy's name, but he was polite, professional, and informative. I've never experienced anything like this, and initially, I thought it was a city of phoenix issue. But nope, it was all on me, and I'm grateful the cost was bearable. A few factors for the specific decisions I made was that I didn't want to destroy my paved walkway, and I didn't want pipe removed going all the way to the city line. The plumber explained why he used the material and going with the c curved pipe was best for this particular situation (for any plumber critics). All in all, I was satisfied with the job, and I would definitely use this company again! See pictures. This leak traveled all the way down my block. I thought it was my in ground sprinklers malfunctioning DOH! Thanks again, Zippity Split, for being there in my immediate emergency!

Deceitful advertising of 68$ for drain cleaning.. When called to verify and asking them about any hidden fees upcharges or anythting like that, they said, Oh no, its all straightforward..

When the plumber Frank arrived, he said that its not an owner-occupied property and the drain cleaning is $235 (although he agreed to honor the promised price of $68)

People in general would prefer not to have a close and personal relationship with their plumbers, but after a second slab leak in 3 months, I found myself once again calling on Zippity Split plumbing . This second leak was far worst than the first and affected three separate rooms. Mark was the first to arrive and confirmed our suspicions.Just as the first time, he was on time , explained the diagnostic process, and gave us choices . His crew came ""zippity split "" and repaired the pipe, Ben explained everything clearly, Just as the first time they were thorough and very neat and clean. Really impressed with the plumber named Sheldon, his soldering work on the copper pipes, there are solid melds and no mess or drips. The work was done thoroughly and new parts were used. Sheldon was easy to talk to, knowledgeable and courteous. This company has fixed up my water lines and old condo water issues that arise.

I'm really impressed with the office help, and communication on all levels with the owner, the plumber was top notch.

I called in today due to clog in my kitchen sink that had been in effect for four days. Because of holidays, hard to find any plumbing company over the weekend. Zippity was recommended by a neighborhood plumber since he did not do drains. Sheldon arrived on time and was very nice and friendly. He showed me the cleanout outside my home and then proceeded to do what was needed. He said they offered a 60 day guarantee of their work. Within half an hour or so, he was done. I would recommend this business and would call them again , if needed.

We had a cracked drain pipe in a historic home and Zippity Split provided a solution that was half the cost (at least) of other plumbing companies that assessed the same problem. Zippity Split was the 4th plumber I called for a clogged drain. The first two attempted to snake the drain and failed. One declared the drain broken and quoted an enormous amount to dig into my bathroom floor, with no guarantee of what work he would perform afterward. The second declared it corrosion and also quoted a large sum to jackhammer my shower stall. At least he had a planned repair. The 3rd did nothing. But he did recommend that I call Zippity Split so for that I'm grateful. Roger arrived on time. Listened to all our prior experiences, and said based on those, it sounded like a dig was needed, but he wanted to try clearing the drain with a snake himself. Well, not only did he clear the clog, he found the reason why the other plumbers failed, and created a solution that would make all future clean out (if necessary) easy to perform. He saved me thousands of dollars and I don't have to rebuild a ""destroyed during a dig"" shower! I will be recommending Roger and Zippity Split to anyone in need of competent, professional plumbers.
