Worst garbage disposal installation, total scam, the first time they come they charged me 100just to look at the problem, I bought a new garbage disposal for them to replace the old one and after a short period it stoped working and I called them again they charged me another 80 just to tell me that it's clogged and the installation work was so bad they didn't use any sealing the whole rim is leaking

A plumbing emergency is definitely not something you want, but if you're in need of a plumber and in a pinch would def recommend zip to zip. I contacted them via Yelp, they were quick in their response. Their estimate was fare. Best of all, through our earlier conversations on Yelp and all equipment that maybe needed they had on hand. They were clean, honest and professional.

Absolutely amazing service. Luan was responsive, answered quickly, and gave very fair rates. Plumbers arrived on the dot and got to work.

They actually decided to charge me less than what they quoted because the work was less than what they expected. Could have easily not told me and just taken the full pay, I appreciate such honesty.

Bathroom is now fixed, and will definitely call Zip to Zip again should I need help. Highly recommended.

Our kitchen sink stopped draining, and despite my best efforts with the drain snake it just wouldn't budge. Time to call in professionals. Luan and Kapo responded to a request for quotes within minutes, and arrived when they said they would just about down to the minute. My simple unclogging of the kitchen pipes turned out to be a larger problem that involved replacing a section of pipe and doing some heavy duty augering. They went out to the nearest store for supplies - mind you, this is now 9 PM on Saturday night - came back, and worked until almost midnight to fix the original problem and the subsequent other problems they found. They explained what the root cause of the issue was, answered my questions about it (without upselling of any kind), and made sure the problem was good and fixed before they left. The work came in at a higher price than quoted because....well, it turned out to be a lot more work, but the price I wound up paying was more than fair. If you need work done you could definitely do a lot worse.

I contacted Zip To Zip for a quote for some plumbing issues I was having. Luan gave me a very reasonable estimate and he and Kapo came out the very next day. They obtained additional parts that were needed quickly and took care of everything for me. They took great care to keep everything neat and cleaned up after themselves. They are honest and easy to work with! I highly recommend them for any and all plumbing needs!

""Happy"" is the best adjective to describe my experience with Zip To Zip Plumbing. I'm new to homeownership, and already experience my first problem, a leaky pipe. Of course, as a novice, my first reaction was to panic. The thought of having to be super vulnerable and trust someone to be honest about my plumbing issue filled me with anxiety. When you're a woman, you most times look like an easy mark to people when it comes to car and housing issues.

Having said that, I'm so glad to have found Zip To Zip Plumbing. From my very first inquiry on Yelp for a plumber, they reached out immediately. They weren't my first choice for a quote because my first thought was to choose people who have the most stars and reviews, but they were patient with me while I came to my good sense. So when I was left waiting over a day just to hear a quote, meanwhile I still had a leaky pipe, they answered my request for help immediately. And I mean immediately! As in at 10:30pm they told me they'd be at my house the next morning.

And guess what?!? The very next morning two men were there, ON TIME!! These two men were so nice, and honest (I'm embarrassed to say that I forgot their names). All of the issues the other plumbers quoted me high prices for, they looked at and said it wasn't necessary at the moment. I wasn't having any issues with the other stuff, and since my house was old, the old plumbing was to be expected. They simply told me to hold off on a major plumbing replacement and just get the small, and might I add, very reasonably price, pipe repaired, and in the future when/if I get a major leak from the old stuff, then get the whole plumbing redone. After all, I might be able to get several more years out of the old plumbing.

They even went as far as to tell me what I should expect to pay for an entire plumbing overhaul in my tiny house, and that if someone quotes higher than that, they're ripping me off. It was nice because what they quoted as the price for a complete re-plumbing of my house was the same price as one of the quotes I received for the minimal and unnecessary work to repair this leak.

As for the work itself... EXCELLENT! No more leak! At the end of the day, that's what I needed and they delivered. I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend giving them a try. I know I'll be using them again!!

Our garbage disposal broke so I sent out inquiries via Yelp. Within minutes, Zip to Zip called and scheduled an appointment to come the next morning. They arrived exactly when they said they would down to the minute. They did a great job replacing the garbage disposal and the price was very fair. If I have any more plumbing needs I will definitely hire them again!
