Jake and John arrived as noted in the text and both were friendly and very professional. Unfortunately I needed a new garbage disposal and they came prepared. They examined the area, made sure the disposal and hoses/pipes were connected properly, and tested the unit several times. As a Zip member, they made sure the job was done today and within the assigned time which was great for my schedule. Being a member, I also received a discount on the unit and the repair was discounted. They are a top repair company in Bakersfield!

They need to hire technicians that know what they're doing instead of guessing what the problem was with my dryer! It took 2 technicians and 5 try's, before they fixed it! first tech came 3 times, first time he didn't look at dryer he said it was the wall outlet and 5 minute later $125 and left! I called an electrician, result it wasn't the outlet, I called zip right away and told them, same guy came within 30 minutes, he check the wall outlet again without checking the dryer and said it's the outlet for the 2nd time!! for some miracle my electrician was still at my house so I went inside and told him he came out and showed the zip guy how he was wrong so then he looked at dryer took out a part said I needed a new part but I needed to pay $208 dollar so they could order it so I did, a week later same guy came for the 3d time to install part but didn't work because now we needed another par for that part, another week later, trip #4 another zip guy comes with new part for that other part and shocker it didn't work!!! But this other tech really worked on the dryer and said he knew the problem I told him it was the last chance I was giving them! 2 days later one of the workers at the office called me to charge me $360 for fixing my dryer, I told her first of all the dryer is still broken and I'm waiting for the 3d part so she said sorry and hung the phone, 2 weeks later got a call that the part finally arrived so I asked for 2nd tech to come because he seem to know what he was doing, he came and bingo he got it right! It only took 5 times !! He told me I didn't have to pay anything anymore we were all good! I tipped him and I thought it was the end, but a week later I get a voicemail from zip office saying I need to pay the rest I owed, I called them back the lady said I needed to pay over $300 I told her everything I went through and how patient I was through all this and that the tech told me I didn't owe anything! she said they had some kind of new computer system and the tech didn't know, I said that's not my fault and then all of the sudden the price changed now it was $199! I asked to speak to manager, I told him the same as I did to her, he said they got a new system and didn't really seem to care to keep a customer happy after I waited and gave them 5 chances before they fixing my dryer! He said that they would have the summery ready for me to pay!! So I went and paid them I don't want anything to do with them! It's a shame for a business to do this For $199 dollars they lost a good customer never again would I call them for anything not recommend them to any one I know! unprofessional

Messed up the oven at our healthcare facility, causing a dangerous gas-leak & leading to an oven replacement. Tech said absolutely nothing before leaving, and they never billed for the service call [which was their second or third follow-up], indicating that the tech must've known something was amiss. Would never do business with again nor recommend them to anyone else.

Eric is VERY thorough, polite and punctual, having a group of TRADESMEN who are so responsive and good at their jobs is a rare find as a Chef. Eric thoroughly assessed the issues our pizza oven was experiencing, ordered parts, had to exchange some and reorder and ended up REFUNDING us some as the needed parts cost less than the original parts ordered. This business is a rarity and I WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend them

Scam company ! Charged $200 for a diagnostic on a commercial refrigerator , when it was time to install the compressor on the unit , technician (Eric) said he was not comfortable installing parts , did not a give a reason whatsoever, manager would not help out in any way to address the situation besides stating that technician was not comfortable installing part , company is fast to charge for diagnostic but turns you away once repairs are to be made ! Worst experience ever !
