These guys eventually got it done. I had two appliances need repair at the same time. They came out and charged 2 diagnostic fees for one visit. At least both went towards the repair. Then they sold my wife some ""service plan"" while I was in the other room on the phone. Fortunately we got our money back on that nonsense.

After waiting weeks for parts they came out to ""fix things"". We needed multiple visits before they were actually fixed. I'm not entirely convinced the first diagnosis was correct, but now my appliances have hundreds of dollars of new parts. For the hassle and high cost, I probably should've bought a new dishwasher.

Also, their phone service seems like its an overseas call center. The lady (multiple times) always had a heavy accent that was hard to understand, moderate English skills, and she seemed to know absolutely nothing about the business or what was going on. I wish they'd communicate 100% by text and email rather than put me through that.

Well, they even rejected service. Saying that I posed a bad review before, now they even rejected the service. That's very rude of them. I will find other appliance company.

Zip was on time even earlier. Eric the technician was very knowledgeable which for a young man was impressive. Honest and on spit reliable. Hurrah.

Great response time and very knowledgeable. Was able to diagnose my problem and fix part of the issue. Unfortunately the fact that the dishwasher motor and drain both needed replacing due to negligence by a prior repairman several years ago made the issue to expensive to repair so we opted for a new dishwasher instead. BUT I would 100% recommend this company and use them again for any repairs I need.

After calling Zip Appliance a couple of days ago they responded within a few hours that same day. They quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Today, Jose came back out and replaced the circuit boards on the dishwasher in a reasonably short time. The unit is now working great. Jose was super professional and courteous. He got the job done right the first time! They are a first class outfit and I will absolutely recommend them and will certainly call on them again for any future needs.

I had the pleasure of contacting this company through yelp when I reached out for assistance in installation of my under the cabinet hood vent. They were very prompt in responding to my request for help, provided me a quote, and scheduled me right away. They were originally supposed to come out on Monday, but had a cancellation today and installed it today, Friday. Eric was my technician, very knowledgeable, and extremely respectful and polite. I learned a lot from him about my product, and know how to care for it. I asked Eric for some business cards, which he provided to me. I plan to share these with other homeowners in my homeowners association and will use this company again without hesitation. I highly recommend for good customer service, knowledge of their field, and fair pricing.

Reached out to them to get a quote to fix my washing machine. I let him know I already had the parts so I just needed someone to do the labor. The quote was super high($339)considering I already had the parts. Seems like they tend to overcharge. I will not be having them come out needless to say. Save your money and call someone else.

Joseph was very polite, very respectful, and punctual. He explained the testing he was doing, asked me questions about what I observed, and proceeded to problem solved my appliance. His return visit to do the repairs, he again was punctual, very polite, explained what he was replacing. He provided excellent customer service and I am very satisfied. I would definitely recommend them for repairs.
