Available quickly but this place was not it. Technician didn't really know, gave no options for repair. More concerned about service fee which after no repair options I feel scammed. He called office where they said service fee waived but still turned to me to say service fee would still be collected. Save yourself trouble & call another company.

So I desperately needed help because my fridge wasn't cooling and the light was off on the inside. It's a Samsung fridge. I know nothing about them. The lady who took my call was super friendly. You do have to pay a deposit but it goes towards the actual cost of the service. So the price isn't bad. They were able to accommodate for my schedule since I'm taking care of my sick mom. All around I highly recommend. I would choose them again if I ever have another issue with my refrigerator.

Jake and John arrived as noted in the text and both were friendly and very professional. Unfortunately I needed a new garbage disposal and they came prepared. They examined the area, made sure the disposal and hoses/pipes were connected properly, and tested the unit several times. As a Zip member, they made sure the job was done today and within the assigned time which was great for my schedule. Being a member, I also received a discount on the unit and the repair was discounted. They are a top repair company in Bakersfield!
