These are the biggest scam artists I've ever come across. They gave me total quote of $3000 for some work I needed done, had Hertel Plumbing come over for a second estimate, $400 total for the estimate and repair. They are the best. Run for the hills from Zinzola. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I found them on Craigslist and the owner on the phone was nice and told me they are way cheaper than other guys and will come to fix a leaky shower (replacing a cartridge) first thing in the morning. Well, 8 days later and a number of excuses they came and charged me $250 to replace $30 part in the faucet. They spent 10 minutes replacing it and told me I have to pay $250! When I questioned them I was told that plumbers are very expensive people if I didn't know that. Stay away from them!

Called and had someone come out to look at why my water in the kitchen wasn't running, I assumed it was frozen and it was. I was never told upfront about the cost, they wanted $95 just to look at the problem(was told this after they checked out my sink) and 95$ to defrost my pipes. Defrosting my pipes doesn't solve the issue as it would happen again, $200 down the drain.

These prices are outrageous. If you ever need a plumber, ask for prices upfront and definitely do not call these guys.

These people are jokes and very unprofessional if i was you i will not walk but run way they had no idea what they where doing the boss is very rude on the phone still charging so much money and there was nothing done . They make up there price as they go along this company needs to be shut down for good all they do is still your money living you with a big bill and having to call a real professional that knows what they're doing

Found the incompetents on Craigslist advertising 'Master Plumber'. Called for a plugged sewer line and instead of a Master Plumber they sent 2 kids in a van. They proceeded to snake the wrong line and then did it again. They came back to the office and said they couldn't fix it and it needed about $1000.00 worth of work. When I balked at this they tried to say I needed it done right now so I should let them do it and a second opinion wouldn't matter anyway. When I continued to say I would get a 2nd opinion they got very aggressive and made up a $140.00 bill they said I had to pay right then. This was going on in my place of business and I payed the charge to get rid of them even though they effectively did nothing of what I called about. This place is a scam and should be shut down by the Buffalo Licensing Department as I fully intend to inform them. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this business. You'd stand a better chance picking up a day worker in the Home Depot parking lot than with anyone I saw representing this plumbing business. I'm calling ""SHENANIGANS"" on them. I feel completely ripped off and did not receive anything like good service.

Found these jokers on craigslist as their ad clearly stated free estimates. Called to get an estimate to add a water line to my back yard for a hose. A seemingly nice gentleman showed up and started rambling off prices left and right and told me he could do it for around $200. When I asked for it in writing so I could consider his price as I had a second estimate, he got visibly upset, went to his truck then returned with an estimate for $275 plus tax and a service call fee of $45 dollars for the estimate that I ""had to pay now"" - when I refused to pay sighting that it was a free estimate he basically told me that ""his time is worth money"" and I don't have the right to get a second opinion. Totally unprofessional. Don't waste your time. The second estimate was half the price and that company didn't seem so hell bent on charging me for a free estimate. Seems like Zinzola knows they over charge and try to bully costumers into taking their unreasonable prices. Do yourself a favor and don't call these guys. You'll overpay and if you just want an estimate they'll try to get every dollar out of you they can.
