The plumber came and gave no estimate for his second job (to connect the water line to a fridge). Then he charged $252 per hour which I consider very unfair. I addition, he said that he will put certain lid to cover the hole that he left in my ceiling, bet then he left the big hole open instead. He said that he had to make a larger hole than he expected. So he did not complete the work the way he promised.

I recommend zins Plumbling to everyone! They are Plumbing professionals and have urgency for getting the job done. I had an issue with my main sewer line and run multiple quotes. Zins Plumbling came back with a the best quote and did an awesome job. They dug to replace the line, hydro jetted the line to clean it entirely, and left everything how it was before the dig. They went as far as spreading grass seeds and cleaning the entire area. Highly recommend plumbing company that does the job right the first time. They definitely have the customer's interest at heart!

I can't say enough nice things about Zins Plumbing and work on both my clogged toilet (main reason for calling) and upstairs tub/shower drain (something I've been meaning to do as it drains pretty slowly.) I called this morning and made an appointment for Monday. They had Saturday times, but I couldn't do those. But then Zins called me back and said they had a plumber available who finished early today and could come over in about 20 minutes! Griffin wore a mask and shoe coverings the whole time, taught me a few things I should know about old pipes and such, in a very helpful way and did a great job getting everything done and cleaned up. Never thought I'd have such great customer service for my plumbing, but I'll never call anyone else now. Thanks, Zins!

I have used Zins twice in the past year for two separate projects, water heater installation and a leaky toilet. They did a great job. Very friendly and knowledgable. The price was right too!

Had them hydrojet a main sewer line out to street couple years ago because Jim the Plumber doesn't own that machine and he recommended Zins. It's a little pricey but they did a great job and everything works like a dream. They were super careful running hoses thru window into basement, did great job of cleaning up any spills. Its been so long I don't remember names but they were very personable people.

I have called Zins Plumbing twice for bathroom sinks I could not unblock. Both times I was happy with the service and price. This last time especially so since I plan to renovate the second floor bathroom where the sink was clogged. I did not want to have to replace any pipes now since the location of the sink will likely change. The Plummer was very careful with the old pipes which I really appreciated! Having to replace old pipes right now would be very expensive and set me back on my plan which includes moving the location of the sink. Thank you Mike!

John called to let us know he was on the way and went to work right away. He explained everything and went out of his way to take pictures to show me what needed done because I couldn't get down the stairs to the basement. Then he took pictures to show me the finished product. We talked about our poor water pressure (not the job he was here to do) and he checked something and discovered why we have bad pressure. John spent an extra 1/2 hour and fixed the problem. Now, I can have a real shower!!! Thanks for going out of your way to show me everything and for doing the extra work that wasn't part of job request!!!

I was quoted that the plumber would arrive between 8-9 am. I called at 0845 and was told 1) my address was listed incorrectly and 2) the plumber was still at another job site. This is my second time using Zins for the same job. I wonder why it didn't hold up the first time... ?

Called this place to get an estimate on my remodel. When he was leaving he saw my neighbor parking her car on the street behind his van. Guy lost it and approached my neighbor yelling and cursing. She's the sweetest woman I know and she has this jerk yelling in her face, I was worried he was going to do something to her. Threatened to call the cops if he didn't leave her alone and leave immediately. Can't believe I let this guy in my house.
