We had a major water main line leak at our home. We called Zing Plumbing and couldn't be more happy with that decision. George and his technician came across as honest and very knowledgeable. They explained all the possibilities of repair and of course price of the job, this was a big undertaking at least thats what me and my wife thought but professionals made it look easy and the estimate was very very reasonable. Very happy with the job done and very happy with Zing Plumbing. I personally want to say ""Thank You Goerge""

Our house is a plumbing nightmare--soon after we bought it it became apparent that the inspectors had missed an almost total failure of the system, and we went through a couple of plumbers trying to find one we liked as we ended up replacing most of the pipes underneath the bathrooms.

We didn't really have a good experience with any of them, so when some root problems started to creep in a year later we called Zing, who we'd used once at our old house down by Hearthstone, where they're based.

Well, actually we called a bigger company first, and they told us right away that we'd need to get the pipes coated and the fix would start at $5000. I brought Zing in for a second opinion, and before I told George anything about what the other guys wanted to do he gave me a really thorough rundown of what plumbers MIGHT do in this situation--one of the options was that coating process, but he personally suggested a much cheaper option, which we went with. It was great to hear a plumber's thought process as he explained the problem and all the possible solutions.

Better yet, when our problem cropped up again shortly afterward, he came by himself to fix it, even though it was a Sunday. I called expecting to get an answering machine and ended up having our plumbing back to normal within a few hours.

I feel like I've used most of the plumbers in town over the last year or so, and most of the time I've come away with at least the suspicion that I might have been taken for a ride. It's possible that's a me problem, but I didn't feel that way with Zing at all. Great work--and they stand by it--with even better communication.

I would recommend Zing plumbing to everyone including family members. George and his crew were a blessing. When I fist spoke to George, I was very hesitate to hire any company. The previous company we had work done for.. While, I wasn't very happy about the caliber of what they did. Our kitchen sink was clogged. 2 months later. It happened again. While we were driving, we seen George's work truck outside. We asked for help and, he delivered. His work ethics, mannerism, and honesty was a huge relief to us. We will only use his services. My wife and I are both Veterans. George is also a Veteran. Thank-you George for keeping us running.. A lot of love Brother.
