On Thursday morning I woke up to a cold shower, so I browse through yelp hoping to get someone to fix this issue amid the corona virus pandemic. When I called the person on the phone was helpful and immediately scheduled a plumber to come out.

The plumber, Shawn comes and was very respectful to have on a mask and keep his distance because of COVID. He got everything up and running in no time and the cost was reasonable.

I would definitely use them again if i have another problem with my water heater.

These guys were awesome. I can't tell you how helpful and polite they were! I seriously had no clue what to do when my water heater quit working. I tried turning on the hot water in all areas of my house but absolutely nothing was working. Finally when I decided I needed someone's help, I found these guys through Yelp and read their awesome reviews.

They answered right away, they got me an appointment right away and even when their plumber was here that went by super fast too. I thought it was going to be a headache trying to find someone who was good with water heaters but I lucked out. If you're searching for someone who can get you in fast, do the job right, and help you out then make sure to call Zimp! I'm still in shock with how fast my water heater got turned back on. I had someone recommend them to me when I posted on social media asking who to go to when my hot water heater needed a repair. I actually had 2 different people tell me to use Zimp Water Heaters. I gave them a call shortly after talking to these people and they got me all set up for an appointment for later that evening. They give free estimates over text messages so be sure to utilize that. Their price was really reasonable and I just wanted my hot water to work again, so I made my appointment with them. The plumber was super nice (sorry I can't remember the guy's name) and made the the repair seem like a total piece of cake. He mentioned he's been doing this for as long as he remembers. If you're looking for a good company to help with your water heater repair, definitely make sure to call them!

What's worse than having your hot water heater clunk out while you're cooking? You just wait and wait for the water to warm up, and nothing. Then you realize all the other things you'll need hot water for (hey, I like my showers).

I found Zimp Water heaters. They're friendly, affable in that familial, they understand your emergency kind of way. Unfortunately I can't remember the receptionist that took my call. She was extremely patient and conscientious with me and my lack of knowledge about how water heaters work and getting all the details needed so I would get the repair I needed.

She set an appointment for Sean to come out. I was extremely worried about the cost, but she said if I emailed pictures of areas of concern it would help them get a more accurate estimate. Sean was in and out in 20 minutes, and I was back in the wonderful world of hot water in a jiffy.

Excellent service! Shawn was incredibly polite and helpful. Beyond that, he works very clean. I've had some bad experiences with plumbers who clearly didn't care about the quality of their work and I'm someone who appreciates craftsmanship and attention to detail. Seriously, thank you for your help and I will absolutely be calling you next time!

These guys came through for me. I thought I was gonna go thru a whole weekend without hot water. They helped me out on a Friday night and I was definitely going to need a shower cause that's usually my lovemaking day of the week and you know how that can get messy.

Anyways, I didn't even know about tankless water heaters. They explained to me how it worked and they lived up to their potential just like the yelp reviews said and took care of it for me. My hot water works again and I don't have to take cold showers like they used to do in Sparta. Thanks zimp water heater guys!

I had to book an appointment asap when I turned on the faucet and couldn't get any hot water. Even trying to turn on the shower I still got nothing. Their service is on point with getting you in fast and getting exactly what you want. After researching a ton of different places, I decided to contact Zimp. I kept reading all the amazing things about this place and figured they had to be good! No hassle, no crazy questions...all I had to do was send over a few photos and they gave me an appointment and a price. They got it repaired no problem. Easiest process ever.

They helped me within 2 hours of calling. They came to repair my water heater and only took about 30 minutes max to get it back up and running. They were extremely helpful and didn't try to cheat me out of more money. Other places i called were booked for the day so Im got lucky with these guys. Amazing service and experience! I'm not good at remembering names but the woman who answered the phone was very pleasant. She offered to help in anyway she could and made sure to get all my information. When I told her I needed a plumber to call me before a certain time she would make sure to have them call in the right timeframe. The tech came in on the time scheduled and repaired my water heater by fixing the pilot light. He answered all my questions and got everything done quickly. 5 star experience.

they are really willing to come out on short notice. when we called in later in the evening..they didn't have any trouble coming to check it out since our place was on the way home from one of their plumbers. they fixed it right then and there when they showed up. i wouldn't trust someone anyone but them doing this. not exactly sure what they did but i do know that they repaired it fast and effortlessly.
