Overall Zimp Water Heaters did a great job. They arrived on time. They also made my appointment in the same day I called even though it was going over their normal hours which was really convenient. Their management does a good job treating their customers with care!!

Their service and plumbers are on point. They scheduled me into a crammed schedule since I didn't have any hot water. Thankfully, I only had to do a small repair. I got my pilot light replaced. Fortunately, they don't scam their customers like most places and all of their prices are fair. They also quote you over the phone which is great too. Awesome experience for sure. A+

I called another plumbing place before these guys. They were so impatient and mean! I was so happy when I got a hold of Zimp water heaters. The guy on the phone walked me through where the information was on the water heater and was REALLY patient. I got my water heater repaired by them the next day and everything been working amazing! They are the best! Steer clear from any other plumbing places!

Zimp water heaters gets 5 stars cause they had same DAY appointments available. Most of the other places I called around too were busy to even get me in any time soon or weren't even willing to try.. Thanks for turning my hot water back on and repairing the thermostat! The plumber even turned the temp back to my correct settings! Thanks again, definitely will recommend to any friends or family!

I'm really happy with the experience.
My water heater needed a few repairs and they put me on the schedule as soon as they could.
Their staff knows what customer service is too.
Their was some confusion the payment and how much I owed when their technician was at my house.
The manager just forgot to tell the technician the final price but once I called in and talked to the manager again he apologized and gave me a refund right away.
I will use them again if I have hot water problems.

Extremely grateful they had an appointment available. I called THREE yes three other places and ALL three were busy that day. Well, fourth time was a charm and they were able to schedule me. Sean helped repair my water heater. Overall wonderful customer service and you could tell he was experienced and knowledgeable. My water heater has been working like a charm ever since. Highly recommend!

Zimp Water Heaters did an excellent job when it came to repairing my water heater. I called them to get a quote and promptly received a call back from one of the techs.

He gave me a very accurate estimate, after I sent him the photos of my water heater he was able to send an exact quote which was very nice.
Ryan arrived on time and made a great first impression on me.
Not only was he polite but he got straight to work on my water heater. He did the repair in under an hour and maintained good continuous communication during the repair.
He offered a few different parts and things for a little extra but I politely declined. I was glad he offered them to me though.
They are definitely a professional business. I will use them again down the road if I need to.

Wasn't exactly sure where to start looking when my hot water turned cold and I couldn't figure out how to get it start working again . It's winter , you all know I'm not going to live without hot water . But also as a 20 year old .. I know nothing about water heaters . So I decide to go to Yelp and saw the good reviews with Zimp and just bit the bullet and called . Sean helped me out, gave me prices and gave me a few possibilities of what the problem could be . I sent over photos of the heater and he told what was wrong and gave me an upfront price. Real straightforward , suuuuuper appreciated . I got lucky and it was a small part to fix and so the cost was a lot less than I thought it was going to be . Sean was also super nice when he came to my place and I didn't feel naive or foolish at all like some male professionals make younger women feel . He was just super informative and helpful. I'm happy that my first experience when it came to dealing with water heaters was easy and not stressful . :)

Ryan was awesome! I called about a plumbing problem that I thought they could help me with but he let me know that they cater to strictly water heaters. He talked with me for a long time about the plumbing issue I was having and gave me a heads up about making sure a plumber only charges me for a general price range.
