Amazing service and experience! I'm not good at remembering names but the woman who answered the phone was very pleasant. She offered to help in anyway she could and made sure to get all my information. When I told her I needed a plumber to call me before a certain time she would make sure to have them call in the right timeframe. The tech came in on the time scheduled and repaired my water heater by fixing the pilot light. He answered all my questions and got everything done quickly. 5 star experience.

they are really willing to come out on short notice. when we called in later in the evening..they didn't have any trouble coming to check it out since our place was on the way home from one of their plumbers. they fixed it right then and there when they showed up. i wouldn't trust someone anyone but them doing this. not exactly sure what they did but i do know that they repaired it fast and effortlessly.

They were out to my house multiple times for this project and they did a great job. Even though the job was originally only suppose to take one day it ended up needing some more work. I really appreciate them taking the time to look at the little details and fixing everything.
Both times their plumbers came over they showed up on time and did a great job. The first day they took out my old water heater and walked me through everything so I understood what needed to be done. The second day they installed my new water heater with no issues. Regardless of the job taking longer than expected they were professional, apologetic and nothing but great! I'm really happy I chose to use Zimp. I highly recommend them for your water heater needs, repairs or just a new water heater all together!

About a week ago I woke up and started my normal routine. For me this begins with a nice hot shower, but unfortunately the water for some reason, was not getting hot.
I had heard of these guys from my trusty neighbor months earlier when he was having similar trouble so I decided to do a google search for contact information. I called and got an appointment the following day. Ryan came by as promised and took a look at my water heater. He informed me that only needed to have the pilot light repaired but that if I desired he would give me a great deal on a new water heater as mine was getting a little old. I greatly respected being given an option on how to handle the problem and didn't feel pressured or like I was being talked into a purchase I wasn't ready for. I decided on having the light fixed, which Ryan did an amazing job of in my humble opinion, saving me a lot of money. I will have to get the water heater replaced eventually and am pleased to say that I have no doubt about who to purchase it from as well as have installed when the time comes.

I feel like 5 star reviews are not to be taken lightly. They really put forth the effort and went above and beyond normal customer service. These plumbers proved themselves worthy of a 5 star review and I would give them more if Yelp would allow it.

Their plumber Bobby replaced my super old water heater. I got lucky and I just so happened to move into an older home, but the water heater was old and gave up on me. Bobby was very knowledgeable and made sure everything was perfect when he installed the new tank. I really appreciated his quick responses over texts and phone calls. He didn't charge me as much as he said he would since the job was a bit easier than I led him on to be.

They are great workers at Zimp Water Heaters. I'm lucky I got in on such short notice with a such a trustworthy company.

Ryan was really awesome. Since I didn't have hot water and I've never dealt with this kind of thing before, I had a lot of questions and concerns. Every question I had he explained to me in detail and made sure I understood. He also explained everything to me in a way that made sense and he wasn't too technical. He arrived to his appointment on time and had a great demeanor to him. Sometimes it can be weird when a stranger is in your house but I didn't feel this way at all with him. He got my water heater working again and he said it should be able to go for at least another few years or so. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend them.

Zimp Water Heaters is definitely the place you should be calling when you need your water heater repaired! I was sold after looking through all of their great reviews and my experience was no different! When I called they scheduled me for that night. Originally the plumber said he was just going to look and come back to fix it the next morning. I ended up getting very lucky because he said he had the part I needed on the truck and he could fix it that night. He repaired my water heater in about 45 minutes and it was awesome! I was super happy relieved I didn't have to go without water for long and the time and effort he put in. He took everything out that he brought in and was super clean which I appreciated a ton!

They have awesome customer service, hard working plumbers and overall charged a good price. I would recommend them to anyone it was just a great experience.

Yassss!! Fabulous job done by these plumbers. They repaired two different parts to get my water heater working again. They were fast, convenient and friendly. They also gave me a good vibe. They are just wonderful I highly recommend them for getting your water heater repaired!

Overall Zimp Water Heaters did a great job. They arrived on time. They also made my appointment in the same day I called even though it was going over their normal hours which was really convenient. Their management does a good job treating their customers with care!!
