Called for a quote...A gentleman came out and I received an estimate. I called to set up a time to do the repair. I was told another employee would call me back and set up a time. I never rec'd a call, and proceeded to call again a couple of days later. Again, I was told another employee will call me back. I never received a call back. I then called a few more times and got the voicemail. I left messages to call me back. I finally called again, and was told that I would be called back once again, to set up a time to do the repairs. I since had another electrician come out and make the repairs. It has been 4 months now and I still am waiting on them to set up the timeframe for repairs.

I don't know where to start. I called on a Friday to schedule some work after they gave me an estimate. The guy said he was out of the office and to remind him on Monday. So I emailed him that day and then left a message on Monday. Didn't hear anything so I called again Wednesday, he said that he was having lunch with his father and will discuss my work at that time. Still didn't hear anything, called the office that following Monday and emailed him again which he read within the hour. It's now Tuesday going on the second week with still no response! I have water leaking into my breaker box and they kept stringing me along instead of just saying they don't want to be bothered. Maybe it's a blessing! If they work anything like the way they communicate, it's best that I keep looking. It's a shame because this set me back at least two or three weeks. DO NOT CONTACT FOR WORK!
