I contacted the company on a Monday with a broken water heater, and I had one the same day. I received excellent and professional service. The technician was on time and went above and beyond when we had to make an adjustment so the new water heater would fit. I couldn't be more pleased.

Contacted company to come out for an estimate which they did in a week. However, I never received the estimate. After about two weeks I called to find out the status and was told I would receive a call back. I never received a call back. I waited a week and called again. Explained the entire situation again and this person told me she would have the service manager call me back. I told her they never called me the first time so I would leave my information but someone actually needed to call me back. No one called me back this time either. So disappointing because I really needed the job done and I wasted six weeks dealing with this company.

These folks seem to want to do things quickly, easily and cheaply. If that's what you want, then this might be the plumber for you. I got the wrong fixtures installed (the man who installed them insisted I was wrong in what I said I wanted -- but, no; I know what I want, and since I'm the customer, I call the shots). A venting problem I wanted fixed never got fixed; plumber wanted to throw a Studor vent in, which as it turns out wouldn't have worked anyway given the layout of the plumbing (he left without investigating the layout, and told me to make another appointment). I wouldn't hire them again.
