I had a leaky 20+ year old water heater. I called the number and left a message. Then got a call the same day with a price and they could install next day. They left the house this morning and the new heater is in! Great work, great price, quality work and great customer service! Ziesmer Plumbing gets the job done! No job is too big or too small for Carl Zeismer. Over the years we have had various plumbing problems from leaky pipes to no hot water. One call to Carl and he was there whether it was early in the morning, late in the evening, Saturday, or Sunday and emergencies are his specialty. The best part however is that when he does the job...it is done right. Carl has earned our trust and we feel that he looks for the most cost effective way to complete the job. He has done such quality work for us that when it came time to remodel our kitchen and bathroom Carl was our first choice....not only did he do all the plumbing work but his connections in the trades also helped us to connect with other contractors to complete our gourmet kitchen and luxury bathroom! Well. I got a number for them from my mother. Upstairs master tub drain is leaking. Caused mold on the drywall in the laundry room. I took that out myself to find the leak. Found it and didn't trust myself to fix it. Took pictures and made calls. After nocall back I just text the picture to the number I was given. Asked if they could at least give me an idea. No answer. A few days go by and I call back. I finally got a call back. No more information that they could do it. Was told they'd call back to set up an estimate etc. no call back. So I called a few times. No call back ever. I'm now searching for other options...
