I need more stars! Chuck, you are the man! You worked around our restaurant schedule to be here when it would impact our business the least amount and you worked hard to get it done as quickly as possible. As a small business, unexpected costs can be detrimental, but you guys worked to keep the cost as low as possible (by going above and beyond to work with the manufacturer of our tank-less water heater) and you always have the best attitude. I never thought I'd be doing a Yelp review for a plumbing company but our experience with you all has been spectacular! If I were Chuck's boss, I'd do whatever I had to do to keep him on staff, he's the perfect person for the job!

Wow I have never ever been able to say or ever thought I would say that ""my plumber positively impacted my day."" THE plumber that's right! Chuck not only had the best customer service skills I've ever experienced in anyone at any business let alone plumbing, but he cares. He truly cares about fixing the problem at hand, making sure it doesn't happen again... He sets you up for success and walks you through the process so you know. Wow, just wow. I am so grateful. Chuck was our service guy- Absolutely the best service I have ever experienced from a plumbing contractor. They showed up within 15 minutes, assessed the problem, realized that there was another problem that was plain as day however we didn't see it and worked every warranty angle he could to get parts right away, and get it fixed so that we could be up and running again. They fixed it within an hour, very friendly, extremely professional, and actually cared. Thank you- Zierman Plumbing for being so awesome- from the team at 6 Degrees Coffee House & Eatery.

I called with a small job on some copper plumbing. They said they would send a man out the next morning or that afternoon if one became available. He called within an hour to tell me he could be there in about 10 minutes, which he was. He was very friendly, professional, in uniform and driving a clean white service van (no butt-crack-Buba hear). He listened carefully to my explanation and went right to work. He finished the job quickly and cleanly. A reasonable service charge plus a few minor parts and I was in business.
Look no further. These guys are the real deal.

Our forced air gas furnace went out & wouldn't light. So appreciated their fast response. Came out right away! Had tried calling others for 2 days before coming across Zierman, some hadn't returned our calls and others including the gas company had us waiting for an appointment (including the Gas Co.) for a week or more. Seemed knowledgeable & had the parts on his truck. So not only did he check it but he fixed it and cleaned it. Would totally recommend them if you have a problem and don't want to or can't wait. They will be our FIRST call in the future!

As a working person I have a schedule to keep and made several appointments for first thing in the morning. The office either failed to schedule the plumber or sent him out on another job and did not advise me, Had I not called to check on the status of my repair person I would not have known that I would be waiting in vain. Call a different company if you want someone to show up in a timely manner.

I made a call to have someone come by and check out our water heater, and they said they could be at the house between 1-3pm. That worked for me. Then I received a call around 11am saying they can be at the house in 10 minutes. Even better! Randy came by and he was cool. He didnt just fix the water heater, but he pointed out what was wrong and educated me a bit, and things to look out for next time around. Water heater is working great so far, prices are very reasonable, and Randy was knowledgeable and trustworthy. I'll call this place again when needed next time!

We have had severe plumbing problems since we bought this new house, and have experienced several different plumbing companies. Ziermans are the absolute best. They addressed our clog quickly, and were able to take care of a problem that other plumbers couldn't! Randy and Chris were amazing, efficient, and worked quickly. I would highly recommend this company, because the technicians are fantastic and truly skilled at what they do.

Leak of unknown origin in the garage. Excavation into the wall! (Oh no!) Service was on time, well communicated, efficient, professional, and my problem was solved! Had a new water heater installed also during the same visit. I would use this company again. I was also impressed that they gave me an eval form to fill out and seal in an envelope as the job was completed. They were recommended to me by my old plumber who couldn't handle the problem and gave me their contact information.
