Great Experience! After calling 2 other company's based off of reviews on YELP, Zierman was able to service my home around 10:30am today as all the other plumbing company's were late afternoon or middle of the week to arrive! This being a in-ground water leak in front of my house is pretty important. After scheduling my 10:30am appt for today, I received a call from technician Joseph at 9am stating he was in front of my house!WOW I WAS VERY IMPRESSED! With the urgency Zierman had in regards to my problem. Joseph was very professional and cleaned up all the work that was completed, he also took the time to explain everything he was doing and how he corrected the problem. I have to say the price was fair and I will definitely be using Zierman Plumbing moving forward! Thanks Zierman Plumbing for treating me right!!!

Prompt, professional, and they know their stuff. Recently my heater broke so after doing my research I decided to call Zierman. They were quick in responding and set up an appt even on a Saturday with no additional fee. Randy was timely and pleasant. He even ended up fixing my toilet which was making noises. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We were having plumbing issues with our main drain and weren't sure who to call. My husband Dave read the reviews for Zierman's and gave them a call. Chuck checked it out and gave us his recommendation. Within a day or two we had a very reasonable quote and decided to go ahead and have the old sewer line replaced with a cleanout installed from the house to the city. It was a big job, but Jose was a phenomenal worker, was there every day possible, kept the job moving and the mess to a minimum. He also interrupted his work to fix an unexpected toilet issue. Again, he was incredible! The communication with Chuck was great, keeping us informed of what what going to happen next. They kept to a very reasonable timeline, faster than we expected. We also dealt with Joe for the final sign off and he was professional and personable. We highly recommend Zierman Plumbing!!!!

So upset! We spent weeks finding a plumbing company getting bids to re-pipe the houses we chose zeirmans plumbing because we liked the man who did the bid. He seemed honest. Their bid was not the cheapest or the highest. Middle of the road out of all the bids. They asked to wait a week to start the job. They said they would have a contract for me well before the start day, which was today. I never got a contract. They showed up without one and made me wait 30 minutes for it cuz it apparently it was being written up last minute. Contract gets here and I'm reading over it. I said I had a concern with it because it said they were gonna mount all the pipes in the garage outside the drywall not in the wall like they currently were so it would be visible. ( tacky). They never discussed this with us before. They also said if in the course of the re pipe they damaged drain pipes or wires from cutting into our walls they would not be responsible for it. So The plumbers here said they could arrange with me to talk to the person who wrote the contract and did the bid but it would not be until the afternoon. we were trying to arrange that when the plumber gets a text message from simply stating that they decided they just don't want to do the job anymore. They ask if I still want to talk to the guy. Hell no I don't if he straight already decided he doesn't wanna do it! Why waste more of my time! So they leave me hanging! You don't get me a contract when u said you would and then when u should already be working u tell me u changed ur mind and just don't wanna do it!!! Horrible business! If u had the contract to me b4 today like u promised then we could have avoided u wasting my time and bailing on me last minute! Now I have to call the contractor who was gonna do our drywall work and leak damage remediation and tell him not to come next week cuz our plumbers weren't reliable and bailed. i do not recommend zeirmans plumbing.

Thank you ma'am from Zeirmans plumbing for responding altho what you stated about the circumstances of todays interaction is inaccurate but I do not wish to turn it into an online argument.

Randy scoped and tracked the main line from the clean out to the street, then back into the house, adjusted a toilet, replaced a leaky toilet supply, cleared a tub drain, and gave sage advice on maintaining the main - all in an hour. What a deal!

I was searching for a new Plummer and chose to use Zierman. Joe came out and did a fantastic job! If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. I will definitely be sticking with Zierman! Very happy with their performance and time efficiency.

Called on a saturday, said he would be there in 30 minutes...showed up in 5 minutes...Joe was amazing and did a great job!! So glad I didn't need to wait until Monday...recommend and will call again if needed!!

I don't know where to begin. Outstanding service, response, diligent work ethic. We had what we hoped would be a somewhat minor plumbing issue that unfortunately during into a major day plus job. Joe who did the work was a working fool. He wasted no time, kept us informed of the situation, was extremely professional and polite. Even the though expense was far greater than we had hoped, we were incredibly impressed with Joe and the staff at Zierman's plumbing. If you are in need, I highly recommend Zierman's for you plumbing needs.
