I cannot say enough good things about this company. Randy was super helpful and informative when he inspected the furnace in the home we recently purchased. A month later and now we are having problems with our main sewer line, Joseph has gone above and beyond to ensure our family has functioning plumbing while we are planning out the overall repair. Every time we have called the office has been very kind and helpful as well. considering most of the time when people call they are already stressed and tense about unplanned for home trouble; every member of the staff handles it well. We cannot thank them all enough, they are worth every penny paid!

I could have saved a significant amount of money by purchasing my own parts, either online or at the local hardware store - 65 to 80% markup fee. When I called on Monday morning, they said that they had parts available in the truck, but Joseph must have stopped to pick up the part, since he added 25 minutes to the labor time - or perhaps that is just the travel time added. However, they did send him out very promptly, and he did a very good job of installing a garbage disposal and a sink drain.

Excellent service! We just bought our home and noticed a leak coming from the exterior wall of the shower. The plumber that was sent out quickly assessed our issue, fixed it and was able to asses a few other things for us while there. Everything was completed in less time then estimated and we were charged less then expected. We were very satisfied with the quality of service and professionalism of the Zimmerman staff and plumber. Will be using them for future plumbing needs!

We called out a plumber from a competing company to assess a slow drain. The plumber determined that he would have to break open the wall to get to the clog, and they would be coming back the next day to give us an estimate and start the work. We were horrified. We had called this plumbing company in error, but were embarrassed to tell them and let them try to resolve the clog. Dreading having to tear out a shower wall, we called Zierman, who we had intended to call in the first place, and asked for a second opinion. They sent Darren out almost immediately. Darren was enthusiastic and kind. He worked at the problem and he SOLVED the problem without tearing out a wall! I want to thank Zierman, and Darren for saving us thousands of dollars and for being competent, positive, and courteous. We will make sure not to mis-dial again!!

After putting our home up for sale yesterday, came home to find the carpet soaked in the living room. When it rains, it pours - in this case, literally! My wife found Zierman Plumbing & Heating here on Yelp and called them. They said they would be there in 45 minutes - turned out they were there in 15! Chuck and Joe explained to my wife (I wasn't home yet) what to possibly expect in regards to damage and costs, then quickly found a leak in the wall that they repaired within 45 minutes! They minimized the mess they made and cleaned up what little they did make. Super friendly and professional. They took into account my former military service when they wrote up the charges for the repair - a bargain at twice the price, literally! Thanks, Chuck and Joe for saving us on a Friday evening (oh, and no overtime charge)!

I called earlier in the morning due to a leaky pipe and received a call back within the hour. Chico arrived and assessed the situation and was able to quickly locate the pin size hole and fixed the problem. Chico was very friendly and took the time to explain the situation and explained the options I had. I'd recommend Zierman's to anyone. Ask for Chico!
