Had an 11am appointment. Never showed. Called at 12:45 saying they were running late. Never showed. Called at 2:30 they lied and said they had showed up and were turned away. Complete lie. It reliable and employees are liars.

We had a clogged drain, backed up kitchen sink, and a house full of guests. We reached out on a Saturday morning and he was at our home in under 30 minutes. He was very nice, in and out in a short amount of time, and a fair price!

Water heater needed replacement. Couldn't come for a day, that's ok. Showed up right on time, a little early actually. Only complaint was that the final bill came out 25% higher than the quote. He explained the charges, gave me several reasons (excuses) why the bill was so high. Not buying it, pretty normal installation. Work seems professional and well done, we will see.

We called to get a fireplace insert installed for our elderly parents.
Chuck did a great job of getting us to the scheduling supervisor Kim. She, was helpful and efficient and arranged for Randy to come out.
Randy came out and helped us understand the process and what we needed to buy. Once we had gotten all the items we needed we rescheduled with Kim to have him return.
Randy arrived and got right to it! He was thoughtful, kind and caring to our parents and so incredibly efficient. He left the house immaculate after all that work. Randy is not just a great craftsman he is just an all around great guy!

I called and dispatched with in the hour! Timely & Professional. Problem: Toliet water would continue to drain into the pot after a flush, wasting water.
After inspection, Jose' showed me, where the water shut off valve was not working properly.
He replaced the tank mechanisms & put in a new shut off dial valve at top of pipe.

Had Zierman's install two new toilets for me. It was estimated to cost approx. $900; the final bill, which was immediately charged to a credit card was $1840! I was shocked, especially as the plumber had been texting me during the day. The communication was good but I would have expected to know if we were exceeding the estimate in such a significant way. I offered to pay $1200 as a compromise and the plumber never returned a phone call or text. Disappointed. No very professional.

Its been a few months now since my service was provided. I wanted my angst to settle before posting a review. Let me start by saying I would not recommend this company and I will not use them again.

Pros: They came when they said they would. They call back and office follow up is timely.

Cons: They do not gain approval for excessive work outside the scope of your request. The labor time charged was more then actual Time on site. I found them to be disrespectful and unprofessional. I even got threatened to have legal action taken against me to collect! I was mortified! We had been in constant contact trying to resolve an issue (which I still to this day dont feel was resolved properly), and less then 1 week had passed since services rendered. We had even done business with them Before and paid promptly. That threat was unnecessary; at no point did we suggest we would not pay or could not pay. We were merely waiting for our discussions with the office to conclude to know what we owed.

My significant other and I both own reputable
Local Businesses, have exceptional credit, and pride ourselves on being generous respectful individuals. The way I was spoken to and threatened by this company was gross and I would never speak to someone in that manner personally nor professionally. Perhaps, the business has problems with their collections from certain clients, but please don't assumer every client is this way. Good luck to you. I hope that my experience was a one off and others have better experiences.

Our water heater died on Saturday. On Mon morning I called this company and was told they could have someone here today. With about three hours a plumber arrived and replaced our appliance. Of course we reccommend Zierman!

We called Zierman plumbing on a Saturday for a major leak. Jose came out in half an hour and found a split in our copper water line in the attic. He promprly repaired it and he even helped clean up of the wet drywall. Fair price and friendly service. Thanks Zierman plumbing!

I was having a problem with my gas fireplace not staying lit. I contacted Zierman and spoke with a friendly & courteous Representative named Kimberly. I explained my problem & requested a specific time for an appointment. I received a call from Kimberly within the hour with the time that i needed. I received a call from Randy the technician with the exact time of his arrival. Randy arrived on time & practiced all safety protocols. Randy examined the fireplace and & was able to diagnose the problem right away.
He was extremely polite,courteous with a great sense of humor He continually explained what he was doing. Great Customer Service.
