Have used Zierman Plumbing several times for a new heater, hot water heater, and this time a leaky main water pipe. Pipe was over 500 feet from road to house, it was completely replaced. Randy arranged for backhoe, pipe delivery, and installation. I was informed for each delivery, all were on time, and Randy finished the job. As usual, reliable and excellent work. Without a doubt the go-to place for heating and plumbing.

The toliet wouldn't flush and the shower wouldn't drain. Zierman was called and they came right out and Darin fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I did half the plumbers job by removing my old water heater to speed up the process so I could get to work, just to find out it was a flat rate of $1100 which I was never told. Tried to get them to give me a little discount for the work I had done, but no love at all. I was even a repeat customer, but they didn't care. Their plumber (Randy) was a good guy, but he only had to do half the job. All he had to do was install; everything was removed, clean and ready for him. I probably saved him a good hour of labor. They definitely played me. They could of worked with me, but I guess $ is more important than a customer.

Friday morning I was rushing to work, as I stepped outside with a slight rain I noticed my front lawn had a small gusher of water coming up and streaming toward the street gutter. My initial thought was my water sprinkler broke. As I walked closer to it and looked, I also noticed there is normally not a water sprinkler head on that spot.
That's when I knew this was going to be my main water pipe coming from the city.

So I directly went to my Yelp app and checked for the top local plumber. I called and spoke with the individual and he apologized saying that he didn't have any free people and they wouldn't be able to come out till next week. He also told me good luck in getting someone out because it was really bad here, all the previous rain and storms put a toll of grief in the area.

So, my next call was to Zierman Plumbing, I spoke with Rick and he said that he can get someone out ASAP and he told me the price per hour which would normally floor anyone but I just needed to get this pipe fixed and have water for the weekend.

They came out probably in 2 hours and started work with 2 people, Rick had told me that if their lucky, they would find the broken spot where the water is gushing and only dig 1 foot. Well after an hour of digging, they got closer and also it started raining and they got a 3rd person to help because they had to dig close to 5 feet down. They not only dug dirt, but this dirt was mud.

Bottom line, they found the broken pipe caused by the City's tree roots that I removed years ago. I should send the City and the planners the bill, since it was their tree and their layout for the piping, it shouldn't be 5 feet down.

But, I can thank Zierman Plumbing and their employees for coming out and saving the day. I liked how Rick was upfront with me and expecting the worse which wasn't as bad as I thought. When it was all done, they cleaned up as it looks nothing happened to my front yard, plus all the rain we've had cleaned all that mud that was in the gutter.

Great Experience! After calling 2 other company's based off of reviews on YELP, Zierman was able to service my home around 10:30am today as all the other plumbing company's were late afternoon or middle of the week to arrive! This being a in-ground water leak in front of my house is pretty important. After scheduling my 10:30am appt for today, I received a call from technician Joseph at 9am stating he was in front of my house!WOW I WAS VERY IMPRESSED! With the urgency Zierman had in regards to my problem. Joseph was very professional and cleaned up all the work that was completed, he also took the time to explain everything he was doing and how he corrected the problem. I have to say the price was fair and I will definitely be using Zierman Plumbing moving forward! Thanks Zierman Plumbing for treating me right!!!

They were quick in responding and set up an appt even on a Saturday with no additional fee. Randy was timely and pleasant. He even ended up fixing my toilet which was making noises.
