I called Zeimer Plumbing on 6/10/21 as my water heater had exploded. They were out within 20 minutes of my phone call & capped off the hot water which was running & causing damage. They researched & found out that the water heater was under warranty. They got the replacement & installed it on Wednesday 6/16/21. All of the employees I had contact with were courteous & helpful & understanding of the stress & upset I was experiencing. I would not hesitate to call them in the future if I had a plumbing problem. They were truly a life saver.

Beth J.First time calling these guys, was thinking there were no _good_ plumbers this far from a real city until I saw how highly rated these guys are on google. MAN, am I glad I found 'em! We got a skilled plumber here just 26 hours after I called for a non urgent problem, and he (Robert,) took his time, did a thorough and excellent job, and presented us with a bill that made us think they charge on a 1950s rate scale (seriously, we could NOT believe how little they charged for the time spent!)

They can never confirm an appointment and demands a credit to have on file numerous times but they do not give you a written quote or estimate.
When they do show up, if it's windy; they can't be bothered to provide the service they were called out to do.
NEVER EVER AGAIN!
I wouldn't actually know how well this company operates as we have been waiting to receive our estimate for a repipe on our home. The plumber had come out two weeks ago to look over our house and hasn't returned any of our calls. When we were able to get a hold of his office, he still hadn't drawn up our estimate. Still waiting. I don't think I could invest in a company who doesn't treat their customers as if they're not worth their time.
