I would consider another plumber before utilizing Zicaro's Plumbing Service again. They sent 3 workers to perform a toilet drain pipe relocation, that still took 2 days. Unfortunately the workers were witnessed smoking, talking, and driving to home depot more than they spent working on the project, hence why it took 2 full days with 3 workers - at my expense. In addition, a large amount of water was spilled into the master bedroom which then proceeded to leak into the bedroom below causing water stains on the ceiling. You would think that if a professional plumber is going to cut into a pipe that could potentially still have water in it they would, at the very least, lay down some plastic to prevent any water damage. I had to scrape off the popcorn ceiling and repaint the downstairs bedroom ceiling at my own expense due to the damage their workers caused. Not thrilled by this experience. Lastly, after taking the work that was performed and comparing to written quotes from several competing plumbing companies in the local area, Zicaro's Plumbing was at least 32% more expensive in all comparisons, and I looked at a total of 4 other professional plumbers. I would strongly suggest using another professional plumber for your next project based on the experience I had with them. Even my general contractor was displeased with their work and agreed that they are overpriced.
