It came to my attention that the water pressure at my house is consistently high...around 95 psi or so.

I did some research and learned that the recommended water pressure for a house should be somewhere between 30 psi - 80 psi max. If your water pressure is constantly high, then that puts undue stress between all the weak links and gaskets and rubber parts throughout your pipes and fixtures. Overtime, you may get leaks due to worn down parts in your pipes/fixtures.

I reached out to Zorro for a price estimate on installing a brand new water pressure regulator for my house. After I sent him a picture of my main water line, he responded back very quickly and was able to give me an accurate and super reasonable price to install a new water pressure regulator.

We texted back and forth in the morning, and he told me he could come out that same day in the afternoon to install it.

Zorro and a colleague showed up promptly at the agreed upon time and installed the new water pressure regulator in a mere 45 minutes! He was very professional and did not try to upsell me on anything else.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and customer service that Zorro provided!

10/10 - would call again to help install a whole house water softener/filtration system

I actually found Z&H Plumbing from Yelp. I just messaged him for an estimate and he was very quick to respond.

It was a very straightforward job. I needed my bathroom sink to be unclogged. The service was great. They came in and unclogged and even noticed that I had a small leak in the curved part of my pipe. They got the parts and replaced that too after that got the estimate and I approved it. Payment was simple.

But I'm taking a star off because I had forgotten to move my rug and they did all the work got it dirty. I just would of like them to be aware of those small details when they are doing work. But other than that, great service and very responsive.

Z is really professional and great at what he does. No BS either. Installed Water filter, Insta-hot water dispenser, 2 shower handles/Trim kits and replaced a pipe under our sink. Great company. Work fast and professional. I texted him my water heater photo with the problem and he know it right away that it's thermocouple problem as I predicted thru my research. Zorro and his helper came in less than 24 hours. He didn't try to upsell me and the price he gave over the phone was what I paid. He answered my questions as the installation went along and cleaned up everything as if they had never been there. And he arrived at the time at which he said he would. Great, prompt service! Zorro got back to me right away and took the time to answer all of my questions. His price was better than a local plumber's and we agreed to have a new water heater installed the next day since this was not an emergency. Had it been an emergency, I have no doubt that Zorro would have sent someone right away. Vic and another technician showed up on time and completed the job efficiently and quickly. They were very courteous and took great care in keeping everything neat and tidy. And Vic was very? patient? with explaining the ?general maintenance of the unit. Overall, a great experience!
