Zorro is the man. I can't recommend his operation highly enough. Excellent quality work, done on time, at a fair price. Friendly, efficient communication: made first contact on Super Bowl Sunday, work completed by noon Tuesday. New water heater installed, and major underground leak repaired. Zorro even gave me guidance on how to apply to LADWP for a bill adjustment (for the huge water bill caused by the leak). As the owner of an old house with its many little problems, it feels good knowing that I've found a plumber whom I can count on for my future plumbing needs!

I highly recommend Z&H! My water heater was over 20 years old and it was a mess to take out. The outside shed was broken and they fixed it for me so it would last a little longer. The service was fast, professional and that's something to be happy about. Add in that it was raining and I can honestly say that I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The reviews hold up. I found Zorro from googling around. Needed a AquaSauna whole house water filtration system installed. He couldn't have been nicer to deal with. On time, responsive and cleaned up his mess. Did First Rate work at a fair price. The fit and finish of the install was in a word, Spectacular! Couldn't be happier. I had an issue with water heater not heating up, after having another company come to check it out who had no idea, i found Zorro on yelp and messaged him with in the app. He knew exactly what was going on and asked me to order the parts and quoted a very reasonable price on labor. He also was willing to squeeze me in on the same day the part arrived. He and his guy were very professional and did the fix quick and clean. He also spent some time afterward to made sure i know how my model worked and how to take care the common stuff.
