Zorro just left my house and I'm hopping on here to give him a 5-star review. This is how pleased I am with his work.

Our bathroom sink somehow started leaking and water pressure became low after our HOA did some plumbing repair in our condo building. I contacted Z&H here on Yelp yesterday to get an estimate. Zorro was super responsive on Yelp and came out today to check out the situation. He arrived right between the time frame he quoted. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. The pricing was lower than other companies I've contacted.

All the 400+ 5-start reviews you read on here are true. I'm happy to use Z&H for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Had the infamous GE water heater thermocouple start to go out on my water heater until it finally wouldn't keep my pilot light lit. Naturally went on Yelp to find a water heater repair company, happened upon Z&H Plumbing and saw the stellar reviews he had gotten. Sent them a message via yelp asking for a quote along with some other companies near me. He answered via email almost within 5 minutes of sending that message. Asked me to text him some pictures of the water heater. Knew right off the bat what the problem most likely was, quoted me an awesome price, and within a few days, problem was fixed. Would honestly recommend Zorro and his team to all my friends and will more than likely be using his services in the future. Thanks again!

We called Zorro awhile back due to his stellar reviews and our expectations for his service were surpassed. I called him in a panic, as our ancient water heater was overflowing and seeping into our living room. He talked me down and even offered to come over just to shut off corroded main valve since he was previously booked for the day.
I can happily report he delivered as promised, removing our old water heater and installing the new one within the timeline and budget discussed. It has been several months and we have had no issues. He even gave my husband a safety tutorial and was extremely pleasant to deal with throughout the process.

Awoke this morning to the smell of gas in the garage, and a lot of water pooled in the area between the water heater and the a/c furnace. Naturally I assumed the water heater was the cause and called Z&H, who had recently installed it.

Sure enough, they came right away. A close inspection revealed no problem with the water heater. Actually, the condensation line on the furnace was clogged, which caused the water pooling. They turned the gas to the furnace off, to be on the safe side. For good measure, they also basically unclogged the a/c condensation line, so no more flooding.

Even though the problem turned out to have nothing to do with their installation, and though they came out on a Saturday, they declined to charge me for the visit. Simply put, you can't find people with this kind of work ethic anymore. If you need any plumbing service at all, these are your guys.

P.S. I called Canoga Heating and Air, who installed our a/c system, but of course they're closed on Saturday and I got no callback. Guess who I won't be using for my future a/c needs.

These guys replaced a broken shower arm without opening up the tile. All other plumbers I contacted wanted to open up the wall and charge a lot more to do it. They also arrived promptly and got the job done in less than 1/2 hour. Great job! Would hire again.

I was referred to Z&H by another water heater company that couldn't fit me into their schedule. Lucky break! Z&H scheduled me for that day, they were on time and fixed my water heater in no time. They asked what brand water heater I had and asked me to text photos. They knew what the problem likely was and were prepared with the parts. They texted when on the way, when they arrived and even when they finished the job. No up-selling and no stress!

Amazing service!
My water heater (super old) stopped working yesterday (Sunday afternoon ). When I couldn't relight the pilot and saw it was leaking on the inside, I called Z&H because of the great reviews on Yelp and YES! This company is as great as everyone says.
I left a voice mail and Zorro texted me back within an hour. He asked me for more info and a picture of the old furnace. Within few minutes he gave me details about my current furnace (age and warranty info ... he knew more than I did about my own stuff), texted me an estimate right away, scheduled an appointment for today. And boom! I got my brand new furnace in less then 24 hours. I'll definitely recommend Zorro to any of my friends! He deserves all five of these stars :)
