Long story short, I was having a new HVAC system installed when a leak was discovered under the furnace closet (the furnace closest also houses the water heater). Turns out my trusty old water heater had finally seen its last days. I exchanged texts and photos of the water heater with Zorro and we were able to discuss everything over text at night. I really appreciated getting all my questions answered well after he was done working for the day.

Since I was getting a new HVAC I also decided to replace the platform that the new furnace and water heater would rest on. Zorro's guys Vic and Arman came in the morning to remove the old water heater. I then had someone else replace the platform, after which Vic and Arman came back later the same afternoon to install the new water heater and drain pan. Quick and easy, and I didn't have to go without hot water overnight. This water heater (I think Bradford and White is the brand) gets the water pretty hot, so pro tip... ""Hot"" is hot enough (you can go from ""Hot"" to ""A"" to ""B"" to ""C"" to ""Very Hot,"" and everything in between.

I only got one other quote but it was comparable. Z&H was more responsive and accessible, and they got the business!

Yesterday my wife made an appointment with another Plumber. He showed up this morning and quoted us something ridiculous. At her insistence, he left. I said leave it to me Zorro is our man, as he worked with me last time and did great. Now its the end of the day and all of our work is done at very reasonable prices and high quality worksmanship. I highly recommend this company. Zorro and team did a great job on our water heater removal and installation. They were prompt with my questions and we conducted most of our communication via yelp and text and agreed on a price which they honored throughout. They did not try to upsell or provide any other service that was not requested for. They were also efficient with the installation. We also had them replace our wood stand with a metal stand which they did a perfect job on.

Zorro was so great! He responded immediately to my yelp request for quote (at 6:00 in the morning!). He explained my options in easy to understand terminology, and before doing the work, so I knew what to expect on cost. The work ended up being done for the lower quote of the two. They were quick, and cleaned up after themselves. They allowed me to film everything they did and explained as they went along. What a pleasure! I definitely recommend using them!

I had Z&H come out to install a tankless water heater system in my home and they installed it quickly, efficiently, and at the price quoted.
I was happy with all the questions Zorro asked and the information he gave me in his answers to my questions. He gave me a heads up about things that they may find once they got there to do the install, so it wasn't a surprise. Also, they gave me the info about what might happen if I had them implement the installation in a way contrary to their recommendation.
All in all, they provided lots of good info, and worked with me with integrity, and I'm happy with the results.
