they were supposed to come out and unblock my sewer line and instead i got a false diagnosis of a collapsed pipe and a 200$ bill.
had to call 24\7 h&p to come out and actually do the job. no collapsed pipe, just some small roots that were easily cleared out. thieves. if there was a ""no star"" choice i would choose that.

My 24-year-old furnace went out on Good Friday. Scott came over early Saturday morning to see what needed to be done. Chris came out on Monday and had the new furnace installed and running by the afternoon. Thank you Zgorski Micketti!

We have a gas leak in the heater they installed. I repeat GAS LEAK!!! They ordered a part, said it was in 3 weeks ago after we hadn't heard from them and had to call. Then said a week later it was NOT in when we called again to see when they were coming to fix it. It's been one month. Still no call, no repair!! This is on warranty!! So no, they aren't making any $$ fixing what they sold us and installed but they also aren't making any return customers. AWFUL SERVICE! NOW they hang up on me when I call. Just WOW! ATTORNEY TIME!

Yep, Chris is a very competent plumber and he works quickly and very efficiently compared to most other plumbers I've used.

He's extremely well organized and he has a ton of experience with well systems and cottage plumbing. I speak from experience as he came to the rescue when we had multiple issues with our summer cottage water system due to poor winterizing (my fault!).

We've had Chris back several times since and he and Scott (business owner) make a great team that's certainly pleasant to work with.

And, their prices are very competitive. You can't go wrong with these guys!

Was out of town having family watch the house when the furnace wouldn't turn on in October 2018. My family called them and they immediately came to the house. He figured out the issue in 10 mins and luckily we had the .25 cent part and replaced it. Very nice, professional and Honest.
