Xavier was late to the appointment, but the service was Fantastic!! He made sure both toilets were working fine and no leaks were around the toilet. Also the tubs was checked for any hair in them, all around, service was great

Great work! Very flexible with me! I wasn't able to make it out towards the end of their installment. But we're still able to meet me an hour later to turn the water back on. It was super inconvenient on their part so know that it's great customer service! Austin showed up right when the dispatcher said he would. He had the problem with our water heater diagnosed pretty quick. He had to go get a part, he returned promptly. He had the part installed and the water heater working in no time. You can't tell he was ever in our garage, perfect. He kept us informed the whole time and did a great job.

I'm impressed with how quickly they were able to come out and how quickly they were able to fix our clogged showers! Aaron said it was probably from the remodel and there was something hard in the plumbing, but he was able to fix it!

We had a leak in our water heater and luckily a home warranty through cinch. I called in and paid the deductible then set up an install. Technician assessment took less than 30 minutes and I got an itemized breakdown of the bill. A few days later the install was done and all completed. Nice work.

This is the fifth time over the past two years that Zeus Plumbing was dispatched on behalf of our home warranty company to resolve plumbing issues at our home. As has been the case in each of these previous appointments, the service that was rendered by Zeus Plumbing yesterday to fix some leaking faucet problems in our bathrooms was absolutely superb. Once again, our assigned plumbing technician, Travis, was top notch in every respect...he was punctual, professional, courteous and highly skilled, and he quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed the items which he could on site and promptly ordered the parts that would be needed to fully complete the work order.

Travis was clearly focused upon providing a positive customer experience for my wife and I from the time that he arrived at our home until the time that he departed, and we continue to both appreciate and value his work ethic in this regard at a time when this level of customer care and exceptional service is very difficult to find in any repair-oriented field.

We're also grateful to the other Zeus employees who continue to play a key role in the consistent delivery of great service and support to their customers: the operational manager, Chris; the front office supervisor, Sadie; and the dispatcher/receptionist, Ella.

For anyone who is looking for a high-caliber, dependable and responsive plumbing company which is staffed with experienced, respectful and talented plumbers and other employees, we strongly recommend that you look no further than Zeus Plumbing...they are definitely a cut above all of their competitors, and I would give them a 6th star rating on Yelp if I could!
