Consumers Beware! On Saturday my shower faucet valve broke so I was not able to turn off the water in my shower. I had to turn the water off at the main so I called affordable plumbing to come out. The tech arrived and informed me he was going to have to cut a hole in my wall that was behind the shower to fix the valve and it would be a 4-6 hour job with a cost of $971 and would return the next day to complete the repair. This seemed very high and unnecessary work I called an honest plumber out who fixed the valve without cutting a hole in my wall for less than $100. I would not recommend this company complete scam out to take your money!

Had a leak under our kitchen sink on a weekend. Called Affordable Plumbing and the dispatcher was kind and helpful and scheduled us for service the following day.

Len came out on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything very clearly and installed a new faucet and parts quickly.

There was no mess left behind and he also took time to ensure I knew how to shut off the main water valve for emergencies.

Very impressed with this company.

Affordable Plumbing, Rooter and Water Heaters, provided great service! We contacted them about a leak in our water heater and Rich gave us AMAZING guidance and service. I am a repeat customer of Affordable Plumbing AZ. This time we had noticed a decrease in our hot water output. We had them come out to take a look. I told Paul the first plumber technician that I had also noted a warm spot in our hallway. He discovered that there was a few leaks in the slab and plumbing in our guest bathroom. He recommended a leak detection company that was able to determine the leak location and recommend a fix and Affordable was able not only able to fix the next day (Thank you Richard) but changed out the old copper piping to newer PEX to avoid a repeat issue. This was especially important as it was going to be the first day of the school year for our daughter. In the end we also needed a new hot water heater but if they did not find that leak that day we could have had much worse damage than we did. I should add that when we found a hot water heater that had more of the options we wanted they were honest and told us it was even better than the ones they stocked and gave us a fair price for installation.

Richard was professional, timely, did what he said he was going to do, and did not push extra services. Even when there was an issue by breaking into our stucco to try to get to some lines that did not need to happen, Affordable Plumbing made it right. The work was not cheap but the cost seemed fair for the work that was done overall. I will continue to utilize them.

I used Affordable Plumbing to install a gas line, because I hated my electric stove and wanted a gas stove. I first called a ""well known"" company and I was quoted a ridiculous price. Decided it wasn't worth doing the project. I decided to call Affordble Plumbing, and it was 1/2 the price of the 1st quote, so I decided to move forward.

I loved everything about my experience with Affordable plumbing from the quote, the customer service by Benjamin and the people in the office. They were always very attentive, responsive and professional. They were able to get the job done way quicker than I anticipated which is a plus.

Tyler was our technician - he was extremely helpful in fixing my sink after a deceitful message from my home warranty company.

Tyler came in, worked very hard to get the drain unclogged, and went out of his way to provide some corrections to the piping and provide us with a drain stopper that had went missing. I would highly recommend Affordable Plumbing. In addition, I hope management sees this and provides Tyler with some much valuable feedback.
