Reached out to them about an issue with my garbage disposal. Received a text after making an appt with the tech's picture and details. He showed up promptly and was very polite and helpful. The problem was minor and he didn't even charge for the service call as a result. How many companies do that? Will use Zest for any plumbing needs in the future!!

Hired them to fix a septic smell in our house. Their employee did a partial smoke test of one vent and found a problem with the toilet. He said that should fix it, but if not, he'd come back free of charge and do a smoke test in the other vents. It did not fic the problem. The company manager told me that he's not responsible for this employee because he was fired. I pointed out that I relied on the employee and that the company took my $$. The manager insisted they had no responsibility for anyone they fired. BEWARE -- they do not honor their commitments.

Tyler was great to work with. I was out of town when I was notified that my outside pipes were leaking water. I called Zest Plumbing and had Tyler, a plumbing tech, at my home within an hour. He kept in contact with me by phone. Tyler finished the job within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend Zest Plumbing.

Kane Clark from Zest Plumbing and Drain is amazing! I'm an out of state landlord. The hot water heater broke and my tenant was without hot water. Zest Plumbing was able to visit the property and replace the water heater the next day. It was easy to schedule an appointment via their website. Kane arrived promptly on time and went way above and beyond the call of duty to help me negotiate the warranty process with the manufacturer and save me money on the installation. Buyer BEWARE, I had Zest Plumbing and Drain come out for a bath tub faucet which wouldn't turn off. Signed off on the initial quote of $383 to repair and part costs. Upon return of picking up required parts the technician informed me it was another $483 to reinstall!!! Huh, what are you talking about? Well BUyER BEWARE what you are SIGNING up front
