They just left after fixing a clog in our kitchen sink, and I'm so pleased with the service we received! The price was exactly what I expected and I didn't feel like he was charging me extra for things we didn't need. Very fair, very courteous, and all-around a pleasant experience. I am very happy with the service: fast (same day), efficient, courteous, clean. James was very observant when working, being quick to clean up anything around him and very cautious when moving equipment.

He called to confirm the appointment, called again to say he'd been slightly delayed and gave a new ETA, and then called again when he was 10 minutes out. He arrived at the door in slippers, shoes in hand. When I thanked him for coming, he said, ""No, thank you for choosing us for the work!"" When was the last time you heard that?

He provided a rough estimate of basic charges over the phone with the obvious proviso that it could change if the work was more extensive. In fact, it was more extensive and he explained what was going on every step of the way. He worked intensely for several hours. The bill was pleasantly well within expectations for such a job. He cleaned up very well after the job and thanked me again for choosing him for the work. He also pointed out that his work came with a 1 year warranty. He gave helpful suggestions on how to avoid a similar problem in the future.

i would definitely choose him again for future work. I was very pleased.

Normally I don't write reviews, but James was so good and we were so happy with the service.

Let me start with I am a handy person, I fix most of the stuff myself, so when the sewer clogged and all the water started coming out from the bathtub in the basement every time I flash on Sunday night, I tried 2 hours to fix the issue, but without any luck. It was late after 10pm, so we called it off, and had to stay in a hotel because my wife is pregnant and needs to use the toilet a lot.

In the night, we searched web, and found 4 good companies for fixing this issue.

So I started the calls at 7:15am in the morning, try to get estimates on how much it would cost me. Right on picking up the phone, James was very professional, after I told him the problem, he started asking me questions about the house, how old, what style, how many levels, which none of the other 3 companies did. He gave me a flat quote which was closed to what I expect. One of the other company gave me a really high quote, and another one did not even gave me anything, all he said was, they don't know, everything can change....For the schedule, none of the other companies can come right away, and only James said he can come in the morning. Overall very professional phone call, at least that's what I felt.

At 11am, James arrived on time, even gave me a call when he arrives in the neighborhood. After I show him the issues, he was able to find out the problem quickly, and moved his machine. Fixing was really quick, I think it took less then 45mins. After that, I asked him what is the issue, he was very professional on the assumption, and told me that there maybe some joint that not straight causing the issue. I asked him what's the way to determine that, he said he can put a camera in, but it is all optional. He did not push me to do the camera, actually, he was going to leave after the drain issue is fixed. But I was worried if there is any leakage since this is a very old house, so I requested the service, and he give me a very good deal on the camera, which is less than other companies' quote. So he put in the camera, determined that he was right about the assumption, and he even went into the crawl space to find the location, and check all the pipes. At the end he even draw the issue on my white board for me to understand it. Gave me some suggestions on what to look for during the next 6 month and also a detailed location for the issue so if I want to fix it permanently I can easily do, some suggestions on fixing other potential issues, and a quote. Again, he did not push any of those, but just give me the written information and quote and let me decide.

Overall, I felt James was very professional, the quote/cost can be negotiated. I don't feel any upsell, or any tricks. To me, he was honest, and polite. I felt happy when I handover the money. And my wife can use the toilet no more hotels. Thanks for a great job, and let us feel the comfortable at home. The only regret was I did not call him on Sunday night.

We are so happy that we finally found a reliable plumber! James asked us to text him pictures of our leaking shower head first, then came over to work on it. He worked with us to keep the cost reasonable but provided an accurate diagnosis, reliable and timely service. Highly recommended!

Finally a service professional that exceeds expectations! Wow, SO happy with James and his team. What a breath of fresh air. ZesBro plumbing has great customer service, very fair pricing and an eye for detail. You can have confidence that he knows how to do his job and do it well and will not try to sell you something you do not need. He flat out told me I didn't need something that another plumber said I had to have. He also found a mistake from a previous party had made and corrected it for me without increasing my bill. I cannot recommend him and his team enough.

So happy!! When we first moved in our house last year we had the entire place snaked by James because everything was a little clogged up from previous renters. But we fell into an issue because our bathroom sink wasn't draining at all even with the several attempts at it. I recall James working on it for a good hour on this one sink. So he gave us a quote on replacing the pipes. We hadn't called for 9 months because unfortunately my husband got laid off right after that so we waited. We used the kitchen sink in the mean time and finally got our chance to fix it. Called them just a couple days ago and Fructoso came this morning right on time. I was a little hesitant at first because James was the last one working on out pipes. But Fructoso did an AWESOME job! He worked the darn pipes and now its draining, no need for breaking any walls or replacing any pipes!! Ahhhh jumping for joy right now!

I highly recommend this company, their prices beat the other 3 plumbing companies I called for quotes and they show up on time and get the job done professionally! Thank you guys!!!

James and Frutoso are the best! They are always on time, flexible with their schedules and responsive to all of your inquiries. They re plumbed our entire house in a day and everything was done to code. Will be using them for all of our plumbing projects.

Wow! I find it very interesting that James would consult a lawyer who thinks it is slander and requests that I remove my very heart felt previous review. That is absolutely not going to happen! I did call plenty of times and left plenty of messages to no avail!

James states that I did not call back. Then writes, that he received, ""maybe a call but (I) left no voice mail.""

He does although admit that his company had intermediate (faulty= intermittent) phone service for a week.

Well, I guess it never dawned on James to apologize for having had faulty phone service for a week that may have caused him to miss my many calls and messages. I guess it never dawned on James to act like a professional.

Instead, he further erodes my already horrific opinion of his company by trying to bully me by contacting a lawyer and requesting that I remove my review.
