Great plumber! Never had to call a plumber before but one of our bathroom sicks was not draining at all this evening and our efforts to unclog it were not working. I looked online for a plumber that would come out in the early evening and Zesbro plumbing appeared on yelp as one of the most popular. I called and spoke with James and he was clear with the price and advised he could be at our place in about 30 min. He was on time and had our sink cleared up within 10 minutes. He even snaked out our other bathroom sink at no additional charge. They both work great now! He was very friendly and even liked our dog. The price appeared reasonable for someone to come out at 6pm to snake out a sink. I will keep this place in my contact list if I ever need a plumber again.

We discovered on a Saturday (of course!) that a hot water line in our crawlspace had somehow sprung a leak and had been sprinkling down there for a while---it was a mess!
Because of all the great Yelp reviews, we called ZesBro first, and James was at our house in less than an hour. He fixed the leak we had already identified (water shooting out) and then detected three more (water slowly dribbling out) which he fixed super-quick!
He charged a very reasonable fee, especially for a weekend emergency call...so, long story short, James absolutely lived up to his stellar reviews and we are happy to have found such an excellent plumber.

I called James on Saturday hoping he could hook up our sink, disposal, faucet, and drill a hole in the granite for our airgap on Sunday. We needed this work done after getting new countertops. He was friendly and available on Sunday for a reasonable Sunday fee. He showed up Sunday and did the work cleanly, promptly, and at high quality. He had all the right tools and everything looks and works great. I'm so glad I found him and will use him again!

My husband and I had been having small issues with our washer for the past month or so, but when we left the house for an hour with the dishwasher on, we were VERY surprised to see a huge puddle of water in our laundry room.

After further inspection, it seemed there was a clog in one of the pipes.

We went to Home Depot and bought a snake for about $7.00. We spent time trying to get rid of clog, but it didn't work. After a while we gave up, and I looked for a plumber here on Yelp.

I found Zesbro on Yelp and decided to give him a call based on the recommendations. I initially gave Zesbro a call on Sunday night. An hour and a half later, I got a call back. He agreed to come on Monday at about 5PM.

The worker (husband forgot his name) came on time, was very professional, and even took off his shoes. *huge PLUS in my home* The worker managed to fix the problem in about 20 minutes and gave us a decent deal.

I would definitely hire Zesbro again. Thanks again for the speedy service.

It's been a while since I've written a five star review, but ZesBro Plumbing definitely deserves one. Overall, the price, work, and customer service was outstanding. I needed a water heater replaced on a trailer and Zesbro did all the research and picked up most of the parts for the job. When our plumber, Fructoso, got there, the replacement heater we picked up was not right size, but he was willing to wait for me to drive to West Seattle to pick up a new one and bring it back. The job took a couple hours longer than I expected (mostly due to my fault), so I was thinking they would up the price from their original quote, but nope, it was still right on. Again, Zesbro Plumbing did a great job and I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

I have used ZesBro plumbing twice now, once for a blocked drain (which they came out and fixed quickly and cheaply) and then again for a more serious problem (leak behind the wall in a downstairs bathroom).
In both cases i was impressed by their efficiency and general quality of service, i love that they come to the door with slippers in hand ready to take off their shoes so as not to get the place dirty. They clearly know what they are doing and take customer service very seriously. I don't intend to ever have to find a different plumber again.

Even though we've only used him few times, we call James ""our plumber"" since we don't consider using anyone else anymore. I may be biased since he's in our area and he's been really nice to stop by on his way home to look at a problem.

His work for us has included replacing a sink faucet and the plumbing underneath (sink trap, etc.) and dealing with an emergency flooding situation from our dishwasher--a job which the first plumber who installed it had apparently botched. He also pointed out a safety issue with our garbage disposal while he was down there. He said it would be simple for us to fix and told us how, but was also willing to come back at a later date if we couldn't figure it out. He's always super polite, price is fair, and cleans up his work well afterwards.

I am very pleased to say I have now found the plumber I will always call. No more trying different plumbers, hoping to find a good one- Jimmy from ZesBro is awesome! When all that snow came and then melted- our unfinished basement flooded. Like 8-9"". I called him to try to even figure out where to start with this issue. He came over, told us that we needed to get the water out before he could get his snaking machine in there. He then told us all about the wonderful world of sump pumps. We took notes as he listed off all the things we needed to get and do. He is super patient and knowledgeable. And extremely honest. About 5 minutes after he left he called me to say he was on his way to the hardware store to get supplies for another job, and if I met him there he'd help me get all the supplies I needed. I hopped in the car and he helped my pick out the right pump and supplies. Also said he would be in Seattle working at another house, if we had any questions to just call him. Once we get this water dealt with, I'm giving him a call to fix the drains. Like I said, I no longer have to wonder what plumber to call- it'll always be ZesBro.

Edit - 01/24 Got another call from James about my review. Seems like they take Yelp reviews and customer satisfaction seriously! Ha! He explained his situation yesterday for pushing our scheduled appointment out and I understood. On the flip side, my tenants are without use of water since Saturday (I only called these guys on Sunday because I was trying to reach another plumbing service) and so time out of service was getting too long for my tenants regardless of why. I'm bumping this to 4 stars based on James caring about his company's reputation enough to reach out to me. I will note that I did not take any form of discount or anything to change my rating (though it was offered) as his job was done in a timely manner once he got there.

Our rental house in Kennydale had some minor flooding from some pipes backing up last week, probably due to snow and then subsequent melting. Called Zesbros on Sunday afternoon based on reviews after I tried calling Green T a couple times (no answer there, though). Spoke with James and gave him the rundown on what's going on. He gave me some speculation on what it might be and set my expectations (running a snake might not fix issue, etc...). I scheduled him to come out on Monday afternoon. Got a call that Monday morning from James saying he had an ""emergency"" job to do and wanted to reschedule for later in the afternoon. I gave my tenants the heads up. James ended up pushing it out til Tuesday morning but his communication of the delays to me was good. Spoke to my tenants this morning and James was there first thing. Got it squared away in about an hour or so. Price was fair and good communication. I'd have given him another star if this ""emergency"" hadn't bumped us. I'll use these guys again if the chance comes up to give them a shot at earning another couple stars.
