I searched quite extensively for a good plumber at a reasonable price - if this is what you too are looking for, this is your company. Very accommodating, great attention to detail and very reasonably priced for Bellevue/Seattle. Fructoso, the plumber, is great, he's prompt and knocks it out, incredibly competent... and January in the office is a pleasure to work with. Hire them.

I have used ZesBro Plumbing for 1"" water PRV valve, solenoid valve, and 2 feet of pipe installation.
My appointment was 1:30PM, plumber showed up at 4:20. I called office at 2:00 to find out that team is on emergency call and will be at my place shortly. Why do I have to waste my time waiting and why didn't office call me to re-schedule?
Provided invoice ($859.58) didn't include itemized price and labor breakdown.

We have used ZesBro Plumbing three times now, all for little things (my husband is NOT handy). This last time, they said they'd be over first thing Thursday morning and BOOM! 8am onThursday morning the doorbell rang! I appreciate that they return calls, show up on time, and do the job we ask them to do. We have definitely found our plumbers :-)

Called them at 8:30 a.m. because of a broken water main. The woman who answered the phone gave me the best possible response, ""Let me see if I can rearrange a couple of things and get someone out to you right away."" Fructosa was there by 10 a.m. and we had water within a couple hours. Polite, professional, and fast. I really don't know how they compare from a cost standpoint, and the invoice wasn't itemized, but it ended up close to the range I had in my head.

Called them on a Monday, they said they could get someone here at my house, for a completely blocked kitchen sink, on about Saturday! Saturday, really? Did you hear the part about a COMPLETELY backed up ""Kitchen"" sink, where I try to make food, etc.

So, needless to say, I called someone else, who came out in an hour... It's all good now.

I called James about installing the pipes for my powder room sink. He came out same day and had all the right parts to install on the spot. I would call James again in a heartbeat. His price was reasonable and he gave a discount if you paid right away.

Came home from Xmas vacation to find a slow kitchen leak was soaking our wood floors. James came right out and replaced the faucet valve in under a few hours. All the sink and toilet valves in the condo were the same ancient hard welded metal hose to the valve and/or toilet. James gave a quote for replacing the seven remaining valves in the condo for under $600. I agreed and hurriedly cleared the way for James. He went rapidly from kitchen to our two bathrooms. At the end he said he would start cleaning up but I said at $XXX per hour I would rather he did the things I couldn't do!! Think about that you ijits who flagged him for not cleaning up. He was doing you a favor and you flagged him??!!

James used to do plumbing work for us when we lived in Sammamish. We have recently moved to Maple Valley and he agreed to go out of his normal area and assist us with a leak under our kitchen sink and changing our kitchen faucet. As usual (and expected) he was on time, finished the job quickly, did a few extra things and then charged a very fair price. Highly recommended!!!

I had a mains leak that needed fixing or replacing that had to be done urgently as I was not able to use my water at home. My regular plumber was unable to do such a large task and thus I called Zesbro after the great reviews at Yelp. I contacted them via email on a Wednesday and they were very prompt coming to my home on the same day. James seemed helpful and even provided options and promised to send me an estimate within 1-2 days. By Friday, I had not heard from him and I called on Saturday, only to be told that he'd have a quote that was ready but needed approval and I should have it by Sunday latest. Next Monday night I had not heard and I even sent and email but have not received any replies. I had not got quotes from other plumbers as I felt Zesbro could the job but, that was my mistake and had to call another plumber to help me later on. I would have thought that as a professional courtesy, they'd at least call me and say they can't do the job or tell me when a quote would come. As a result this has led to delays in having the problem fixed at my home and still have not heard from them. I am not impressed at all by this company's level of responsiveness.

I emailed Zesbro today at 11 a.m. and mentioned I wasn't sure if the phones were working, but that I was in need of a sump pump repair for my crawl space. Less than an hour later, James called me and said that normally the office is closed on Thursdays so he can do admin work, but that he could come over at 1 p.m. today. He decided to pick up another sump pump just in case I needed a replacement (mine was 18 years old!). He arrived exactly on time. He was professional, polite, and assessed the issue immediately. He had guessed that I needed a certain type of pump based on the installation date, and he was exactly right! He replaced the sump pump, checked to make sure everything was working, even tried sump pump CPR on my old, rusty unit (alas, it's dead). James cleaned up after himself and was finished with the entire project in less than an hour. I don't think I've ever, ever had such great service. Thank you, James, for helping on such short notice!
