Very disappointed. the quoted me $8k, but when I went to hire them, it shot up to $20. Hiring them was a huge mistake! I spent $10,000 on renovation to Zeolla. Everything I had them do, I had to have them redo 2 & 3 times. The workers were upset I pulled permit because they had to work harder. They upgraded my heating system & caused a hole in my roof, causing water to come into my closet and damage all of my winter sweaters, it took me $500 to replace them, which came out of my pocket. They forgot to put in a thermostat so even though I had the heating upgraded, I had no way to turn it on. The end of the sumner I paid them to set up a kickspace heater in the kitchen, which they took my money to do, but it's not working. When I reached out to them, they said it wasn't hooked up & it wasn't their place to tell me, but it's their place to take my money. Then the owner went on & on to personally sling degrading insults at me & my little house because it is an older home.

We just moved into our house and noticed a leak in the cold water line of the washing machine and we couldn't even turn the hot water line on because it was so badly corroded. I reached out to Zeolla after business hours and they contacted me the very next day to set up an appointment to come out and look at the issue. They were able to send two people out on the day that worked best for my husband and I. Charles and Mark were by far the best plumbers we have ever worked with. They were knowledgeable- explaining everything to us and answering our millions of questions, professional and funny. They finished the work super quickly and the price was way lower than we had anticipated. We got an estimate to install a toilet and a vanity in a half bath we're looking to finish as well as install a garbage disposal. Without a doubt we will call them when we're ready to do that work and we hope that we can get Charles and Mark again because they were so awesome. Moving to a new area and trying to find a plumber is stressful but we were amazed at the quality of work that they did and it feels like such a relief to know we have reliable plumbers to use in the future.

Zeolla will now be our go-to for plumbing needs. Although they were swamped, they were able to fit us into their schedule. I received a follow up text to a voicemail I left (literally thank you because I'm on the phone all day for work and hate it AND I had the details in a text message so I wouldn't forget the date/time). The team was on time, wore their masks, worked efficiently, and solved/gave good advice on any problems we had (there were quite a few).

Very frustrating dealing with this company. Waited on estimate, showed up, didn't have a definitive answer on what needed to have done. They said they'd be back on early the next week, then no show. I texted, it was one calamity after the other. I stayed patient as they promised to come back the next day, then the next. No follow up now. Very disappointing as the issue was time sensitive and now I've wasted even more time not calling other plumbers. I'm glad for them they're busy, but not someone I can endorse, to say the least.

Couldn't be happier. We used Zeolla for an issue we were having with our toilet flange. Roger showed up on time, happy, ready to work & wearing a mask. He clearly explained what the problem was and what he needed to do to repaired it. Price of service seemed fair and reasonable. We are happy to add Zeolla into our contacts for any future plumbing issues we may have. Thank you Zeolla

Super hard to get ahold of. Numbers don't work; no call backs. No idea if messages are even retrieved. I heard good things, but apparently they aren't in need of any business.

We had a leaking kitchen sink and faucet. The problem with our sink wasn't a huge job but it was definitely a pain for us. Zeolla Plumbing came within a few days of us calling them. They came fixed the sink and replaced out the faucet within a few hours. They were total professionals and did excellent work. I would totally recommend them and use them again.

I've used this company twice in the last month - for two separate repairs - and they are great! They answer the phone. They show up on time. They do great work and they're reasonably priced. Very reliable and I highly recommend them!
