Had a great experience with this company. Water heater was leaking and I called my home owners insurance company. They sent Zenco. When it was time to replace the water heater, our times got mixed up and Zenco waited 30 minutes for me to get home to replace the water heater. Most companies would have left and came back another day and left me without hot water.

Zenco was dispatched and quickly made contact and treated my Uncle with absolute respect and dignity. The job was completed promptly, professionally and we would highly recommend Zenco.

This firm was incredibly responsive. They told us when they'd be there and beat the time promised. They even stopped by in the morning to look and see what size parts they'd need, so when they came to do the work this afternoon, all the correct parts were on the truck. The technician was very courteous, running a drop cloth from the front door down the stairs to the basement. The technician was highly competent, so much so that we consulted with him on future improvements we might consider and got thoughtful, well explained advice. And, the price was very reasonable for such high quality work. I will use this company again and recommend them highly without any reservationists.

Poor experience. Avoid this company if possible. We had a small water leak from the flex pipe connected to the water heater. Zenco Plumbing was hired by our home insurance company. Their technician Max took a quick look at the heater and said it needed to be replaced. Then made a comment that he does not get pay enough to fix something like that and walked out. In the meantime we had no water in the house since the valve was shut off. It turned out Max was being dishonest or incompetent. A plumber from another company replaced the hose and it did not take him more than 10 minutes. Hope this review will save you from unnecessary aggravation of dealing with unprofessional company.

I had an issue with my kitchen sink drain Zenco was here for about a half hour and decide it's the vent. My home warranty doesn't cover the vent. No offer to help if I pay separate. I try again a few months later when weather was perfect outside. Same guy says well if you didn't clear the drain there's nothing I can do. Again I offer to pay separately for him to do it I get told ""my boss says it's too dangerous"" for us to go up there. So again I have clear it. I decided to call a real plumber and it will be fixed next week. That company was here for an hour and offered a fix. Never use Zenco is my suggestion to you all.

Paid sixty dollars for an estimate. They called during the planned time and had to reschedule my appointment for later in the day. The young man that came out was professional and easy to talk to. When I got the estimate, I was shocked at the price, but later found that another plumber came in even higher.

I've been fortunate enough to use Zenco Plumbing for 2 jobs:

1.) First job was to install a battery backup to our sump pump. Robert and Cy arrived promptly within their estimated time frame, and were very professional in both setup and explanation of how the unit works.

2.) I just recently had a plumbing issue where both my kitchen sinks weren't draining. Max and Robert showed up also in the scheduled window. They were both very professional, courteous and explained the root cause.

Cy, Max, Robert and Holly have all been top notch people to work with. They've been prompt on both instances, and to date, no issues with the work they've performed. Keep up the great work!

Call them to look at my hot water heater and my faucet in the kitchen they were here five minutes never looked at the faucet and condemned my hot water heater, 8 years old saying it was leaking for a while I called them immediately upon seeing the leak. $125
