Yes, he is knowledgeable, and into it. Came out on a holiday weekend like he said he would. (and as he advertises). Professional enough, and courteous enough, but has communication issues.
That said, I still paid the 175 dollars (for coming out), even though he could not fix the problem and referred me to someone else, and I fixed the problem myself. If he had just LISTENED to me, and COMMUNICATED, he would have caught the problem right away. (as I did, when I took a second look.) He was genuinely interested in what the problem turned out to be, and wanted to know how I fixed it, but I stopped texting back and forth because of the communications breakdown.
If a friend or neighbor asked what I thought of this plumber, ... I would merely say to make sure he IS LISTENING TO YOU, and then make sure he actually UNDERSTOOD what you were actually saying.

He arrived on time to give an estimate for a broken drain line. After removing some drywall under the sink, he decided he would stay and complete the job. Very satisfied with the work. Thanks

I called Zeller's Plumbing and spoke with Brant about repairing my existing water heater: after I received the issue, Brant recommended that I replace the entire unit rather than repairing it due to it's age and condition. I appreciated his honesty and agreed with his professional opinion.
He came our to my home the next morning and completed the job quickly and my new water heater looks great)

I needed a new toilet installed. I called Zeller's. The guy I spoke with said he wouldn't be able to get to me until the next week. Which wasn't a problem. When he did come to my home I was at work. My daughter was home. I left a blank check for the payment. I was told by him I needed a new toilet Installed. I knew that already but ok. I said I wanted a bigger toilet and he said we would go over my options later that day. I never heard back from him and he charged me 125.00 to confirm what I had already said. I needed a new toilet installed.

I had several issues regarding plumbing in my home that needed to be addressed. He arrived on time, was helpful, offered me some suggestions regarding future plumbing projects. The plumber/owner meet all my expectations and I will use him for future issues. In addition his pricing was fair.
