Zeh has been a go-to for my family for plumbing and HVAC work. They installed our HVAC unit during the pandemic and upgraded us (at no extra cost to us) when the unit we ordered became unavailable due to supply demands. Whenever we have had issues, they have done whatever they could to figure out the problem and have been very accommodating. They seem like they really want to do right by their customers.

Our response for service was met that day and the follow-up repair was done on the scheduled day. He also offered several recommendations for maintenance to increase the life of our appliances and septic system. We will definitely be using Zeh for all of our plumbing needs. We have been in the valley since 1994 and this is the only company we have ever used and will continue using. They have always been available immediately including after hours and weekends. The work is excellent and very professional. They have just removed the quest pipes we had in our home and did a wonderful job for less money that other quotes that we received. Terrible experience. The salesman, I mean technician, was out there twice and was unable to find the cause of the leak in my AC system. From the moment he walked in the door he was talking to me about replacing my entire heating and cooling system. The end result was that they told me I needed to replace the less than 5 year old HVAC system because they couldn't find where the refrigerant was leaking from at a cost of between $5,500 to $6,800 depending on the system I choose.

I ended up calling someone else for a second opinion. The next person came, found the leak within 30 minutes of getting there. He fixed the leak and my AC has been working fine ever since.

Plus, once I received their bill that was nearly $900 i noticed that they were seriously over charging me for materials. The system I have uses the r-410a coolant. A 25lb pound canister of this sells for anywhere between $135-140, making 1lb of the coolant roughly $5.60. They were charging me $50 per lb. That is a 893% mark-up. Also, the stop-leak they put in the system had a 100% mark-up on it.

Good folks to deal with. Prompt almost immediate response. Spot on trouble shooting. Fair price. I won't be dealing with that Fishersville crew again.
