My hot water heater needed to be replaced over the winter holidays and Zeek was super responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and communicative. Zeek removed and hauled away my old tank and installed a new tankless water heater all in one day! He even had to shift plans on how it was being exhausted due to unforeseen challenges caused by the old system but Zeek was able to pivot quickly and problem solve so we had hot water that evening. I would definitely hire him again!

I called several plumbers before selecting Zeek's. Zeek replied to my inquiry within just a few minutes and even called me after working hours to get the details of what I needed. He was friendly, polite, and very accommodating. He was able to schedule an appointment for the next day and arrived on time. He completed the job-- replacing my 40 year old leaning washing machine water valves-- quickly and efficiently and warrantied his work. He cleaned up everything perfectly and couldn't have been nicer. His price was more than fair, and we genuinely felt we had met a new friend as well as having found a plumber for life. I initially gave Zeek a 4-5 star review; however in hindsight, I should have noted not only is he professional, courteous and efficient, but also expensive. I should have known that I was going to be gouged when he initially stated that he'd have to tear into our shower wall and replace the whole fixture for $750 sum odd dollars. After I told him all it needed was a simple valve replacement which I could not find the correct one. After 20 minutes and replacing the $20 part, he charged us $343! It was late on a Friday evening. He's the only plumber that answered my call. I was glad he came out. Nonetheless, for a plumber just starting out in his business, he ought to consider beating his competition with not only better service but with better and more affordable prices. I'm kicking my old 72 year old self for not just waiting and fixing it the next day.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Very reasonably priced and went above and beyond the repairs that were necessary. Zeek was professional and provided superb customer service which is just as significant as the work performed. He did a beautiful job replacing kitchen sink waste and installing kitchen faucet, air gap and garbage disposal. Very responsive. Would call Zeek again for all my plumbing needs - you should too!
