We had a main water pipe burst last summer which in the end required us to run a replacement line and digging up the front yard. Most plumbing companies did not want to bother and were uncooperative, slow to respond and provided incredible high quotes. After talking to one of my neighbors who recommended Zech Plumbing, I called and they set up a temp water solution and John (Boss) had his trench diggers go to work. Considering the work done, the bill was reasonable & below the other prices quoted. Plus he game me an extra 10% military discount. On the ""free speech"" controversy the PC crowd will have you believe we should even extend this to picking out plumbers. Wish you luck if you have no water like in my situation and needed that PC plumbing company to sleep at night. I highly recommend Zech Plumbing.

I had Zech Plumbing out to our place yesterday to replace four ancient angle stops under the master bath sinks. My husband and I are pretty handy and have done this on our own before. However, we managed to break the first of these four angle stops and decided we'd better call in a professional. Cleveland from Zech Plumbing came in and fixed us up in no time. He was on time (even called to ask if it was okay to arrive a bit early), friendly, courteous and quick. We found the price quite reasonable. We'll definitely be using this company again!

Found the water heater in the garage leaking and of course it was Saturday morning. Why do these things always happen on a weekend?. Called Zech and they sent Alex out who was able to get a 75 gallon water heater for replacing the leaking one. He said it was the only one he could find on a Saturday as most supply houses were closed. The replacement was finished but we discovered it wasn't working properly. Had to call Zech on Sunday but they said they wouldn't send anyone out because they would not be unable to get parts to repair it until Monday. I decided I didn't want a brand new water heater repaired and demanded
they replace it with another new one. I spoke to Leo Zech and told him what I wanted and Monday Alex came back with another new water heater, removed the malfunctioning one and replaced it with a new one. They did what was right with a slight nudge from me!

I will never go here for any type of business. The profane and unprofessional bumper stickers on the company cars are a disgrace to Americans. I don't care if their service is impeccable, the unprofessional manner in which they conduct themselves are something I want no part of.

So far 4 stars. I called their office yesterday and spoke to a woman who scheduled an appointment the following day for an estimate.
I called this morning to confirm that the person was coming in for an estimate. She thought that he was scheduled to start work. I said I was calling for an estimate. She said she would send over Cleveland to look at my job. In about an hour Cleveland showed up. He inspected the job which included replacing two shut off valve's, replacing the shower piping to accommodate a new valve and increasing the height of the shower head, and installing a new bathtub, bathtub drain and overflow pipes. I already knew the degree of difficulty of each item and had a general idea if the cost. Cleveland wrote up the quote and it was great to see that he charged me a reasonable amount. $ amount left out of this review because that is not something I will divulge. His quote was so good I hired him in the spot.
He plans to start tomorrow and said he would be done in a few hours. Since the bathroom is gutted, all the plumbing is very easily accessible.
I will update this review after he completes the job.
But do take the time to get numerous quotes. So many just throw out a ridiculous price to see if some uneducated or unsuspecting senior bites. Zech is not one of those.

Cleveland showed up within the one hour window. Cleveland was very friendly and got the jobs finished within his estimated time. I watched him work to learn a few things about replacing shutoff valves and tub drain replacement. After he was finished and all connections were tested for leaks. Nothing leaked after the work was done, which is always a good sign.
I have another project coming soon and would hire and especially Cleveland.

My water 9 year old water heater was leaking. Alex arrived promptly, got the distributor to honor the 10 year warranty, and finished the installation in a few hours. I highly recommend them.

These guys were awesome! I had a pressure regulator blow out on a house we just moved in to. We had to shut the water off to the house to stop the leak. Our home warranty told us they couldn't get someone out until the next day. No good with no water and two small kids. I called around and found Zech Plumbing. They came out within one hour of my call! The tech was very nice and knowledgable. He could have tried to sell me on other things I didn't need but he didn't, but he was very honest. Their prices were very good and within the limits of the home warranty. I am very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

I'm selling my house and the buyers request for repairs included fixing slow sink water flow, adding an air gap in the kitchen and replacing corrugated flexible fittings in the sink drain assembly. Zech inspected the dishwasher installation (which was done as part of a brand new kitchen remodel by Home Depot 4 years ago) and said the air gap was built into new dishwashers and no air gap was needed. He fixed the sink flow and replaced the drain assembly with proper to code fittings. Their price was reasonable and it saved me money not having to replace the air gap.

I have used Zech plumbing several times and have also referred them to my family, friends and neighbors, all of which had a great experience. I had Zech replace my water 11 year old water heater that was leaking a couple of weeks ago. They came with in 45 minutes, stopped it from leaking while waiting for the new heater unit. The new heater was installed and good to go with in hours. I would recommend this company to anyone needing honest service at a fair price. I have always received a prompt call back and same day service. Zech is trust worthy and does work right the first time.
