Jose was extremely honest and trustworthy from the start, having provided a quote that included replacement parts needed, but after assessing the damage he was able to make the repairs without them and of course didn't charge me accordingly. I have a restaurant in SOMA & needed a quick uninstall and reinstall of the faucet and sprayer for our 3 compartment sink. Zec & Ros responded quickly and did the job within an hour at a reasonable rate. He was very pleasant to work with and even repaired the gaskets on our handsink in the bathroom for no extra charge. AMAZING-seriously!! I received a response to a general request for estimate within 30 minutes. Luis offered to come a couple hours later-same night. I had a leak coming from top floor into my kitchen. Luis showed before 7pm, quickly identified the source and we set a time for him to come back. He just came back and fixed quickly...AND he helped me with two other issues we were having (just bought this money pit of a house). He is incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He has even contacted a GC to come fix dry wall in a few days after everything dries. He is 100% the guy you want in your ""go to"" list of contacts.
