Swapped out our tankless unit. The unit hadn't been serviced and descaled for 6 or 7 years. We were getting pressure los in the sinks and showers. Mario came and took care of the swap and bring it up to code as there were so many missing items to our previous install, like the servicing valves in general. Great guy. Offered to come day or night on any emergency call. This is the kind of vendor to keep on hand for future needs.
