Peter was contacted at 9:00 AM Saturday morning, I had a water heater that needed to be replaced. Peter was at our home within hours and he replaced our water heater. First , he answered his phone, Peter updated as needed, supplied photos and a detailed invoice. I would highly recommend using this company! Peter is a seasoned professional in his field and due to that this job was completed flawlessly. We now have Peter as our reliable Plumber that we know we can count on!

Peter saved the day for me. I had a new shower installed by another contractor who completely botched up the installation of my very expensive German shower system twice. Peter came in knew exactly how to install it because of his years of experience. He's honest, friendly and most importantly knows what he's doing. I have some very gross pictures, which I will use when I take Peter Zazzara to the small claim court.
I don't know plumbing, but I know that our drain should not have overflowed the day after Peter's ""professional plumbing work"".
He came out fast, but left even faster, leaving us a bigger problem. Worst part is, he knew it, but he covered it up.
Can I tell you how stinky my house smell right now? So as my family members?
I would like to have Peter Zazzara to see our place, just a look of what he had done.
Any Professional Ethics?! Where else can I complaint?

UNLICENSED - His work Leaks!!!! LICENSE REVOKED
Mr Peter Zaaaara LIED to us and LIED in his ad. His License is suspended and revoked for 2 violations. He claimed to be licensed when he came to our house, did a horrible job that still leaks, did not pull proper permits, took the whole price of the job from credit card when he claimed he was taking only a deposit. Neighbors complained about his fits of yelling and screaming when he got frustrated. Huge mess - Did not clean up after himself and did not complete the job. Left us with HUGE holes in the walls and plumbing that does not work.
I called the manufacture of the product he was going to install and they knew him right off. They recommended that I not use him. . . Especially since his license is REVOKED. . too late.
I suggest that you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I have the Flow-Tech System installed, the job took two days to complete because of the leak on the water lines also no shut-off valve was installed, when asked was told to call a plummer if I need to shut off the water, the disappointing part was he did not honor the $200.00 coupon that he advertised on Home Improvement Guide.
