Zayah* came recommended by my Realtor, although I checked Yelp before contacting him. I have used him twice. Both times he fixed my kitchen plumbing issues and explained the work he did after completing the jobs.

The most recent job involved (1) replacing an old (Seagull IV) under-sink water microfiltration system with a different system (VonWater PPC), (2) removing a leaky built-in soap dispenser, and (3) installing an air gap for the dishwasher, which for some reason was lacking it.

After he completed the job relatively quickly, despite having to pick up a part in the middle of the work, the amount he charged seemed quite reasonable.

I would recommend Zayah for any plumbing needs you may have around the home. He is friendly, knowledgable, and easy to work with.

* I added the ""h"" to his name because that's how he spelled it in his texts. I guess ZAYA is the business name.

- Resetting the kitchen faucet after a previous plumber's poor installation
- Flushing out the water heater for regular maintenance and increased longevity
- Rooter service for a clogged bathtub drain

I've also witnessed some of his remodeling work and plan to hire him for an upcoming project without hesitation. I cannot recommend him highly enough, and my family and friends now turn to Zaya Plumbing Maintenance for their plumbing needs. Woot woot!

Zaya is great! Very easy to work with before, during and after the job. Responsive and respectful scheduling. On time and professional appearance and demeanor. Does great work and very straight up about what needs to be done and more importantly what doesn't need to be done. The first job he did for me was well done and quick and straight forward. No nonsense. I then called him to help with an outdoor shower install, and he came out and helped work through the most efficient and effective way to get the job done, even though that meant lower fees for him. He didn't even charge me for the consult. He is definitely our new -go-to for any plumbing jobs that we will need in the future. Great to have a guy you trust.
