This is the company that will have you trusting plumbers again. Or just start off with them and you won't be disappointed. They have completed an install at my home and have made repairs to other existing fixtures as well as at my parents home from time to time. Great people.

It's all about the pricing. They simply don't care to have repeat customers. The owner and son bilked us using a bait and switch pricing ploy. The owner's wife runs the office and phone and quoted an hourly rate.
The owner throws prices out by how hard he thinks he's working and 2 hours and 20 minutes later said we owed them over $1,000.
Then they tried to say they were also charging us for travel time from their office to us?
They also billed us $95.00 for a ""service call"" when their other plumber came out the day before for 5 minutes and told us he couldn't do the job that day.

Very nice people! From the initial phone conversation to set up an appointment- to the on time arrival when the appointment came-to the friendly, professional service! They reset/ resealed my toilet, and installed a new faucet. Price was reasonable. No complaints. Thank you so much and I will call you again in the future!

I cannot praise this company enough. The gentleman who came was Ray, a Master Plumber who is worth his weight in gold. Honestly, having a plumber you can trust is equal to having a primary care physican. You may laugh or scoff, but when you can't use your kitchen fawcet, or maybe can't use your toilet... Well your life is definitely affected, and you need the problem diagnosed and solved...ASAP! Under those circumstances homeowners are often taken advantage of, and there I was. I was not concerned, I was terrified! I had 4 seperate plumbing issues, including something that sounded very scary (and expensive) a ""shut off"" valve, installed in the basement. Ray showed up on time, fixed all my problems, wasted no time, and left no mess! The cost was very fair,and was definitely less than I had ""feared!"" I am scheduling an appointment to have all my radiators checked once the season changes, to make sure my heating system is running at optimal performance. After contacting other plumbers which either didn't call back or came once and did not return I contacted Zawadzski Plumbing. I left a message and the very next day someone called me back. Gary (the owner) was out here the next day during the timeframe they had promised. He had everything he needed to fix my leaky pipe and didn't leave a mess for me to clean up. My cat even took a liking to him following him around and crying after he left. I will definitely be calling them again should I ever need a plumber!
