I am remodeling a house. with new codes I am trying to find a fire sprinkler company to install in this area. called them said no problem we can look at plans and give a bid. took my plans in a few weeks before Thanksgiving. no response after Thanksgiving. called to follow up. said with holiday's it may be few more weeks. followed up again with a call and said they would call me back with bid within a few days. never heard. called after Christmas. no response. called after new year saying someone would get back. finally talk to daughter of owner 2 weeks after now telling me they where to busy no longer taking jobs for sprinkler systems.

must be nice business is good. but follow up is absolutely shitty. so when these house get all rebuilt in a few more years from the fires and businesses slows down. I hope your follow up to customers is hell of lot better then mine was to keep yourself in business. I am just one customer. but I am sure I am not the only you ignored. I hope no other customers get treated this way by an established company. best of luck. thanks for wasting my time. you did get recommendations from other contractors. but I can see they have higher priority then getting a new customer.

I would not recommend this company if you have not used them before. there to busy, they have to much work to help new customers.

Had a terrific experience with Zaragoza. They responded right away to my request for a quote, when I coudn't get anyone else to even call me back. Sent an estimator within a couple of days. Very professional and knowledgable. The quote was ready the next day and the work was scheduled the following week. The work was completed today, by another individual who was just as polite and knowledgeable as the estimator. I do most construction work myself, but this job involved a new gas line hook up to my meter, which I didn't want to tackle. I did some of the leg work, and they took it from there seamlessly. No complaints or criticism of the work I had done (which is untypical of most contractors). Could not be more pleased.

This company was one of the best plumbers I have used - and I have used a lot. They communicated clearly and kept me posted and had a fair price - not rock bottom but a lot less than other estimates. They did what they said they would do - and an honest plumber is worth a lot.

I was so thrilled with Cesar. He made what could have been a disaster into a pleasure. By flipping around his schedule a bit and sending me to the store to help out, he managed to finish the job that I would have had to wait another 2-3 weeks for and time was of the essence because I already had contractors and tile-installers lined up. I was so grateful to him- he is so pleasant, efficient, creative and just the best!

Quick email response. Quick scheduling. Concluded my rental unit needed a new toilet and gave me a good price on getting and installing a new Toto toilet. Called me to confirm price and features of toilet. Also, in another rental unit fixed broken pipe under the building. At the same time, stopped by a 3rd rental unit and did a 5 minute adjustment to their toilet. Easy to work with.

Raul of Zaragoza was the best. I called them and they came out same day. For problems with my Toto toilet and loose fixture on kitchen sink. Raul was courteous, friendly, thorough & neat (he put on his bootie so as not to track in dirt), fixed everything and said call for free followup!
