My water heater was old and starting to leak, so I called up a few places to get a quote going. I should have just called Zaragoza first. They were professional, courteous and respectful of Covid precautions. A few other places I had called out asked me if I had done my homework and other really sketchy comments before giving me outrageous quotes.

Shout out to Cesar from Zaragoza. He was on time and did a great job with the install. We've used them in the past for our sewer lateral, and i will be sure to go with them again in the future.

We were quoted via email to have a sump pump placed in our crawlspace. When they arrived to provide the service they said that we must have misunderstood the price quoted to us and it was going to cost almost double. They had quoted us for a ""replacement"" pump not new placement. Even though we never said we needed a replacement pump. When we spoke with the manager to clarify he became aggressive over the phone and accused us of being crooks. When we told him we have email proof of the quote he said that per the original phone conversation we weren't clear. As per our email attached in the photos, we clearly stated that we needed a sump pump installed and there was never mention of ""replacement"".

We would have been more than happy to come to an agreement based on the misunderstanding but the managers temper got the best of him and we both went our separate ways.

This interaction was shocking to me because we have used their services several times before and had a good impression of the company. However, after years in the service industry, I am appalled that the company not only wouldn't uphold their quoted price, they became angry at the presumption that they even made a mistake.

Huge water heater goes out. Zaragoza replaces it for a very fair price compared to other companies. Unit installed has issues immediately, not heating water and shutting off. Zaragoza's owner replaces entire unit and again it's another faulty Unit (NO fault of Zaragoza, it was the Brand/unit that was bad). The owner went through hours of phone calls to distributer and water heater company fighting for my right for a full refund so we could buy a different brand. I heard him demanding I get a refund. Finally, the water heater company agrees to refund my money and Zaragoza installs a different brand heater. Mind you that this was no charge to me. Now if this doesn't say it all, what does. This company stood behind their work 100 percent. Installing 3 units within a week to ensure I was satisfied and never asking for a dime more! Highly recommend!

I have had them out twice in the past month. Both times we dealt with Juan, a delightful and polite plumber. Showed up on time, wore a mask and got the job done in a timely manner. Very happy with the service and would definitely use again.

WOW! Called on short notice, they came same day. They found the problem in about 10 minutes which was a failed pipe from the 1950's. They replaced the pipe quickly, left the area clean, and they were easy to communicate with. And the cost was VERY reasonable! They also wore gloves and masks and maintained social distance from me. They are now our go to plumbers. Great job!!!

I Have used Zaragosa Plumbing in the past and had a great experience.
I was in San Fracisco yesterday and got a call from my tenant in Novato... hot water heater leaking
I cslled Zaragosa... Rafael responded immediately
and offered to go right away to my tenants home ( two very sweet elder ladies) and turned the water iff and drained the hot water heater and made arrangements to replace the heater on Monday first thing. I've been a landlord for over 40 years with multiple properties and have never experienced the level of professionalism as I have with Zaragosa!
Do yourself a favor and call them if you have plumbing issues! They will set your mind at ease.

I always have difficulty finding contractors for small jobs so it was a relief to find Zaragoza. They responded in a couple of hours to my initial request and scheduled the time to close off and cap an old gas line. Juan was great, he did the work quickly and took away the old pipe. They'll be the first to be called whenever we have plumbing work to do.

Wanted to put our washer and dryer in our garage, but didn't have a drain. Further, the main drain from the house was only accessible by cutting through the garage floor/foundation and trenching under a walkway. Every other bid said they'd have to cut the walkway. Zaragoza dug a beautiful trench under the walkway, avoided damaging the sprinker line we didn't even know existed in the trench path, and when they finished it looked like they were never even there.

The whole crew was polite and professional. They showed up on time. The quote was detailed and thorough. They were utterly responsive through the entire process.

Zaragoza is top notch. Wholeheartedly recommended them.

This is the best plumbing company in all Novato. Their service is genuinely excellent and caring. I've experienced many plumbing companies before and none have been as good as this one. Susy the receptionist takes care of you and asks the right questions. Their plumbing technician Juan is fantastic and efficient. Highly recommend it !!
