Our dishwasher had detached from our quartz countertop. For 3 days I had called about 10 different companies. The few who did call me back put up barriers ""we only serve inside the beltway"" or ""I can come out in 2 weeks"".

Last night I searched Yelp and sent out requests. Zapata's answered within 15 minutes. I sent him pictures, explained what happened. He was able to come out the next day!

He was professional and respectful. He explained to me how it had happened, and how he fixed it. He showed me his work when he was done, and made sure I had no questions.

I am definitely going to keep his information for future reference!

Pablo hasn't even started the work and I wanted to say how amazing he is already. We contacted another business locally in our area who told us that they couldn't even get to our home until next Tuesday. There was a second business that we contacted and they couldn't get to us until ""possibly"" tomorrow. I found Pablo on yelp. He responded immediately and came the same day. He explained upfront what his charges were and how he would diagnose our issue. He contacted us before he arrived, he was on time, very professional, polite and down to earth. He explained in detail what the issue was and how he planned to resolve it. I would recommend Pablo and his business to everyone!!!!

Pablo is the real deal. Not only is he extremely responsive, but he has impressive turnaround time.

We were able to schedule an appointment with him Sunday night, for the next morning all through the yelp app. He promptly arrived on time and fixed two appliances in what seemed like minutes. I cannot recommend this business enough.

Hopefully we don't have any other appliances that give us trouble in the near future, but if we do, we know who to call.

Called Zapata's because my dryer wouldn't work. Pablo must have flown in on his jet pack because he arrived only a short time later (fully masked of course). He proceeded to fix the dryer in nanoseconds and after graciously accepting my personal check and thanking me for supporting a small business, this suburban superhero was on his way! Thanks Pablo! I'll be calling you about the lint issues.

Although I was not able to use them due to my home warranty finally having someone available, I was IMMEDIATELY contacted and Pablo was very thorough and told me he could be available the next day. But again, because my home warranty was finally able to find someone for the next day as well I went with that since I wouldn't have to pay as much out of pocket. Based off his responsiveness I would recommend.

I had a problem with my dryer and Zapata was great. Easy to contact and schedule right away. Showed up on time and the price was reasonable. He even showed me how to avoid the problem in the future. Very satisfied.

I hired Zapata's HVAC Systems to remodel my first floor 1/2 bathroom. It was done very poorly. The paint job was sub-par. I had to hire another contractor to fix his work. The new contractor had to repair the walls and re-paint; repair mirror trim paint; paint the ceiling. In addition, I had to beg Mr. Zapata to take the old toilet that he left in my backyard. After a few weeks, he finally hauled the toilet away.

Moreover, I hired Mr. Zapata to install gutter guards in all my gutters. He did a poor job and left many misaligned and sticking up. Some of them blew off. Again, I had to hire another contractor to finish and fix his work.

Mr.Zapata said that I needed a new garbage disposal per my inspection report. I read the report afterwards and it did not say that. Beware as this contractor pushes to be paid via Zelle and Venmo. I found out that a previous customer filed a BBB complaint alleging unnecessary work performed and wanting to be paid via Venmo. In addition, like the other customer, he will not furnish invoices.

He is a HVAC professional and didn't tell me that, I thought he was a plumber. Did a less than average job for installing a sink,faucet and attaching dishwasher. He couldn't even find right parts. I had to go to out to get parts twice. First time he was with me and forgot part of the foucet in the shopping cart. I end up with almost 7 extra parts.
Anyway I don't know his HVAC work. But I wouldn't hire him ever again as a plumber.

Pablo is a lifesaver. I had a broken fridge for weeks and could not get anyone to repair it. Thank goodness I was put in touch with Pablo. He came immediately and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. I was amazed when he came back the next day, on a Saturday no less, and installed the new compressor. Excellent service. Pablo recently helped us troubleshoot some issues with our HVAC system that we have been having for years after endless back and forth with our Home Warranty company (FYI don't use First American). He came to offer us a second opinion and very quickly was able to identify what the issues were and explain it to us in a way we understood. He provided us with different options to address the cooling issues we've had. We ended up having him replace our HVAC system at a competitive price and within 1-3 days of us making our final decision. This would have involved endless back and forth and probably taken over a month with our warranty company (we ended up canceling it). He recommended that we get our ducts professionally cleaned and he also found some faulty ductwork and issues with our attic insulation while troubleshooting some issues we were having (noticing that upstairs still seemed much warmer). For the first summer in a 2 years, I woke up to a cool home (almost chilly!). He is trustworthy, reliable, and responds quickly. We definitely will reach out to him again for advice and future repairs. Thank you for your service and professionalism, Pablo!
