Hired Pablo to fix our dryer that stopped spinning. Pablo came out to diagnose the problem, took the dryer apart, and noted the belt was broken. He ordered a new belt and replaced it and the dryer works again! Pablo is very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable - our dryer is not a well known brand but Pablo still knew how to service it.

Pablo did an awesome job with our refrigerator repair. It stopped working at 5pm on Friday, and I was desperately trying to find a service that would answer the phone. Pablo to the rescue! Not only did he talk with me on Friday night, he agreed to come out and diagnose the problem super early on Saturday morning - I was so relieved! He was super responsive every step of the way when a part needed to be ordered, and came to make the fix at times that were convenient to us, and also explained exactly what he was doing and what was being fixed. I HIGHLY recommend Pablo if you're experiences trouble with your washing machine. He was very responsive and was able to come out for a diagnostic the same day. I thought the issue might be a simple gasket repair but wasn't confident I could fix it myself. Pablo patiently walked me through the diagnostic steps and showed me where the leak was occurring (in the connection via the soap dispenser!) which I would not have been able to figure out myself. He was also transparent about the costs for parts and labor, so I felt satisfied having the replacement serviced by him. Looking forward to having him come back to snake my slow-draining shower.
