I needed two shower valves replaced. The two plumbers who showed up were professional. The labor and material fees were reasonable. But they also included a mileage fee of $149.50 for a 19 mile drive. Because of this excess fee I will no longer use them again. I have had WIZ Plumbing do work for me in the past and they never charged a mileage fee. I should of called them.

We were charged mileage on this visit which was not relayed to us in advance. We are 4.5 miles from their office and we're charged $149.50 for travel. I will never use them again. They would receive no stars if that option was available.

So explain - on Friday afternoon I called at 2:30 about a plumbing issue was told someone would be out shortly- now 24 hours later - no show. It is hard to encourage people to move to a great retirement and recreational community with customer service like this. Tell me upfront too busy- but like everyone states - Grove is on Lake Time - maybe why the community struggles - oh and we pay our invoices!!

During that rare storm freeze we had in Feb 2021, we had three homes at the same time in our little community, have a pipe burst & cause flooding in each house. Zap came right out, made the rounds to each home, found the cause & turned off the water to that particular pipe to stop the flooding. We really appreciated Zap coming to the rescue so quickly. We also knew all the Zap trucks were doing just that, all week long & putting in long hours, trying to help people in emergencies.

I had the owner come out to check out my water pipes and a gas connection underneath my house after a home inspector, hired by my buyers, pointed out there were problems with both. There were no problems! The plumber pointed out that there was condensation on the water pipes, not leaks. There was no problem with the gas connection, either. The owner and one of his employees spent an hour double checking to make sure their were no problems because they knew it was important to my selling the house. On my invoice, the owner took the time to write out an explanation to satisfy my buyers that there weren't any problems. If he'd wanted to make more money, he could have found all kinds of things wrong, including saying all of the pipes needed to be replaced, which is also what the home inspector indicated. I highly recommend Zap Plumbing.

I used to use this company and they can do good work albeit a bit overpriced, but this time I couldn't get past the guy that took the call for non-emergency service, he was not friendly and they just didn't want the work. Done with them forever.

Horrible experience! They came out for a service call on our system that they knew they didn't service and charged $140 service call to say they didn't work on it without doing nor touching anything. I complained and the owner charged $150 fee in addition and threatened a mechanics lean on my home if I didn't pay. Dishonest then bullying about it! Be warned.
I can't believe they are still in business. I wonder how long they will leave this review up.

Overpriced!!! Needed verification of identified problem. For insurance, told company prior to going out what problem. Sent 2 man crew to agree with prior diagnosis charged $335.50 for 2 hours of small talk I guess they didn't have much work that day . To lazy to put dump pump cover on . If you want to get ZAPPED call ZAP !!!

I spoke to the lady in the office of Zap Plumbing after I had shut off the water to my home and attempted to fix a leaky spigot myself. The age of the spigot made it unrepairable. Zap arrived much earlier than expected the same day. Steve and Aaron were very professional. They quickly analyzed the problem and in about 20 minutes it was fixed and good as new. I couldn't be happier! I will most certainly call them again should I have any more plumbing needs.
