Quality of the work the crew John sent was satisfactory, the problem was I trusted him to charge a fair price and didn't get a price quote up front. He ended up charging me for 4 1/4 hours when the crew was only here for 3. I have a video doorbell that also confirms the guys arriving and leaving. Make sure to get a price quote before authorising the work.

Love these guys! They're prompt, professional, friendly and fast! Also reasonable. John replaced a kitchen sink and all attached plumbing, explaining what they were doing and why, and left the area spotless. Best experience I've had with a plumber and ""my"" plumber for any future work.

Really love John & Tyler @ Zak Plumbing - they are such nice guys and do a great job at getting right to the problem efficiently & without a lot of drama. They've done a couple of repairs at our house on different problems and have been courteous, clean, super helpful & accommodating. They really saved us this holiday eve as we had a hot water heater/regulator issue - lousy timing with friends coming from out of town to stay over. We thought we were going to have to go through the holiday switching the water main on and off every time we needed water in the house - but Zak Plumbing showed up the morning of the 24th and took care of multiple problems before noon! Yay! Our heroes!

A friend of mine recommended Zak Plumbing to us quite some time ago. Unfortuately, we've had to call them more times than I care too (never the same problem). John Zak, his son and his technician, Tyler have always been super courtieous, on time, friendly and professional. I am a local colon hydrotherapist so my plumbing gets a lot of wear and tear. I called Zak Plumbing over the weekend and set up a Monday morning appointment which they showed up for on time I might add.
