We've used Zack for years to keep our sewer lines clear from the roots of the Siberian elm that has invaded our sewer line.

I normally do all repairs (electrical, plumbing, remodeling) myself. However, Zack is the only professional I regularly hire. He does great work at a reasonable price and i highly recommend him.

I gotta hand it to Zack Moga. I had a slow-draining kitchen sink that was causing me a lot of issues. I like to cook and having water backing up in the sink is a detriment to one of my hobbies. After trying to fix the sink myself, I finally reached out for some help.

Zack was referred to me. He was kind enough to flip flop his schedule and accommodate my limited time window. Within an hour, he had the line cleared out and the water is draining again.

Zach saved us! Our sewer line became blocked with roots, and I was apprehensive that our 100 year old line was damaged. Zach came out, expertly cut out the roots to clear the line. The city of Naperville examined the line with their camera and determined that the iron and clay pipes were still usable, saving us thousands! Highly recommended!

Wow--amazing company and contractor!

About a year ago our sewer backed up for the first time in over 20 years. We felt lucky to have another, well-known company come out on short notice. Even though our city told us the plumber should rod the sewer through the cleanout pipe, the well-known service provider said he could just use the regular drain.

The work seemed to do the trick. For a year our pipes ran ok. But then they backed up again. This time the city recommended finding a contractor who used 4x6 expandable blades (the other company we used does not use this).

We called Zack Moga Sewer because they use this type of rodding. Zack came out and used the cleanout pipe, as recommended. He found enormous roots that had obviously been in the pipe for several years. He also charged us about $100 less than the other company. Based on where our trees are located and the age of the roots in the line, he said we will likely not need the sewer rodded out again.

Zack was extraordinarily knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. If you have roots in your line, you cannot go wrong by contacting this company. I will highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors!!
