I was looking for someone to come install three new air conditioners, and used the Yelp bidding process. When Eugene responded (almost instantly), I realized I had worked with him almost 7 years ago.

Nothing has changed (in a good way)! I first got one A/C, and he showed up the next day, exactly on time, and installed it perfectly. I then got two more A/Cs and he came back a second time, also within a day and on time, and did a great job on those too.

We had a little miscommunication during that install, and I realized after the fact that he installed the A/Cs in the wrong rooms. He didn't feel like the issue was on his end, but he still came back and swapped them at no cost. He's also just a super nice guy - he remembered working with me from when my child was just a baby.

He works quickly and the quality is excellent - the TV and desk he mounted over 7 years ago are still going strong. He was also great about wearing shoe covers and gloves every time he was here. I can't recommend their services enough!

Excellent service. Arrived early to my home to replace my kitchen faucet. He explained everything to me and was very kind. After several months it is still working perfectly and no leaks. The price he quoted was the price I paid. I highly recommend him and will use him again if the need arises.

Eugene has done a great job! He was exactly on time, wore shoe covers, and was nice and polite. He spent around 30 min, connected and hid all wires, clean the dust, and left. That's what all professionals should do. For my next home project, I already know who I'm gonna call. The price wasn't the cheapest I got, but definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

Excellent plumber, extremely reliable and quick! I had a leaky kitchen sink, I was able to explain the issue over the phone and with a simple picture via text he was able to identify the problem. He was at my home within 30minutes and fixed the problem in less than than 40 min. I would highly recommend this plumber, he was fair and upfront with pricing. Only fixed what needs to be repaired unlike other plumbers who try to upsell you and tell you you need more than you do. If I ever need a plumber again he would be the first person I call.

Five years ago, they fixed the kitchen sink pipe for me. To this day, it is still going well without any problems So I called Zabivay when I needed to replace the kitchen faucet. A faucet I bought came with a part that didn't quite fit perfectly under my kitchen sink. But Eugene worked around and solved it. YAY! I love my new faucet and it's working beautifully.

He's quiet, friendly and kind to answer my questions. Also, he wore a mask and shoe covers. Very respectful about covid protection.
