I found a new plumber! I got real lucky today when Z plumbing came within 30 minutes of my initial call. The owner diagnosed the problem and began work right away. He is fixing a pressure release valve on our outdoor faucet that was impacting our irrigation system. The price quote on both scenarios were suprising affordable knowing very well how much plumbers usually charge. Our previous plumber retired and we have been searching for one. The owner Zam lives in our neighborhood too which is another added bonus.
