Greg B.Terrible experience!! DO NOT HIRE!! I hired Z Plumberz of Sarasota a few weeks back and had to reschedule the apt 2-3x before someone finally arrived. The plumber was at our home for 6-7 hours and now we're left with two massive holes in our walls with plastic coverings and a tub that is not functional at all. I've been messaging them through Thumbtack to get them to finish the job and they are totally ghosting me so I can only assume that they know they screwed up.. I'm a business owner and I understand sometimes things can go wrong, it's called human error but to just do a job and not finish nor communicate to the paying client is unacceptable. It's VERY poor business!!!
