Z Plumberz is a Kohler contractor, which is how contacted them. Installing bathroom sink faucets is not usually a a big job, but several features peculiar to my sinks posed some challenges. Jonathan worked them all through, and in the end, everything worked with no leaks. Overall, a very positive experience.

Wanted to schedule a routine gas boiler maintenance / inspection done (boiler is in perfect working condition). they wanted to charge me $79 (after new customer discount) for the plumber to come and give me a quote!

I was able to ask them to give me an online quote (after sending details about my boiler system) and they said its going to cost $480 something (excluding part replacement)!!

I mean seriously, this is ridiculous for just routine maintenance and cleanup / tuneup. I am glad I didnt pay their technician / plumber $79 come out to my place and be on the hook for this ridiculous quote.

Needless to say, service wasnt scheduled.

I had the pleasure of finding Z plumberz for my recent bathroom, plumbing needs. When Jonathan came out to diagnose the problem, he did so with the utmost care. Jonathan was committed to making sure that I understood what needed to happen next and why. Their pricing structure was clear, fair, and effectively communicated with me.

During my next visit, where the actual work was performed, Jonathan completed the job efficiently and quickly. He was able to explain to me why the previous/old parts and systems in my bathroom were no longer granting me access to water. Jonathan took his time to ensure the work was completed with fidelity and insured that I understood what was happening at every step of the way.

It is hard to find trustworthy plumbers who see you as more than a check. Z Plumberz is an amazing plumbing company that I will continue to use in the future.

Justin at Z Plumberz was thorough, helpful (labelled some pipes for me so I would know how to deal with future possible problems), prompt, and friendly. Z Plumberz truly went above and beyond, from when you call the office to when they arrive.

I NEVER write poor reviews, but feel I need to in this case. I ordered a dishwasher through Costco. The price included delivery, haul away of the old dishwasher, and installation. I received a call from ZPlummerz saying they were the plumbers hired by Costco to install the dishwasher, but there would be a $275 fee to pull the permit from the town and arrange a time to be there when the town inspector comes to the house for the final inspection. This seemed high to me, and they told me that Costco never tells anyone about the additional fee. I called a plumber friend of mine, and he told me it costs about $50 to pull the permit from the town, and that there is no need for the town to come out for an inspection.

I agreed to have ZPlummerz do the installation because it felt like I did not have any choice about the extra charge. I received emails up until December 26th from ZPlummerz confirming the installation with a contract attached. Today, 1/3/2024, the dishwasher was delivered, but there were no plumbers present to detach the old one, so now I have the old one still installed, and a box with the new dishwasher sitting in the middle of the kitchen. I emailed ZPlummers ( the telephone number on the quote did not work) asking when they would be at the house. I received an email back saying they reached out on 12/26 to say they no longer work with Costco. The only email I received was in reply to my email earlier today. When
I contacted Costco, they had a note in their system that they were contacted last night that ZPlummerz could no longer do the installation.

Not only did I not get the service I paid for, but the company lied to me. I would NOT recommend them.
