This is by far the easiest and most efficient company I've ever used to help fix plumbing issues around my house. They answered the phone after the first ring and even did their best to accommodate me that very day although I called 15 minutes before closing. My plumber Sal was there right at 8:30am the next morning however, and soon had my stopped up tub working again. He did a very quick and professional job, and I would certainly hire him again in the future.

Dishwasher was spouting water from the airgap, there was some leakage under the sink, too. I contacted Z & Z just around 9 am, Jimmy got back to me within 10 minutes or so and was here in 20. Everything was done and back to normal by 10:15. This was the quickest and most painless plumbing incident I have ever experienced.

Just had Jimmy from Z&Z come out again to fix a shower leak and I'm definitely never going to another plumber again. First of all, Z&Z responded SUPER fast to my yelp inquiry and then came out to check out the issue the same day! The knobs turned out to be a little tricky so Jimmy had to grab a special tool, but everything was still completed extremely quickly and for a suuper cheap rate-- I couldn't believe how little it cost considering Jimmy had to go grab a special part. Thanks Z&Z for always having my back-- it's great to know that a super reliable, affordable plumber is always only a call away.

Just like that we had no hot water (and it happened during the middle of the work week). I sent a message to three nearby plumbers and Z and Z was the only one that responded that day, emailing me that night to assure me they could come the next morning. When Jimmy arrived, he quickly determined our water heater needed replacing. I imagined it would take several days to arrange the work but he got it done within a few hours. I appreciated his urgency and the quality of the work, even replacing several of the hoses with new copper ones. These guys do great work but most important they make the customer the priority.

I had an issue with my toilet linking from the back of the tank. I called a friend she referred me to Z and Z Plumbing and gave me the phone number. I called around 10:30am and the receptionist was so polite, she said she would dispatch one of the technician to see if they were in my area, within 10 minutes the receptionist called me back to say someone can be at my house within an 1 hour. Sure enough Jimmy the technician came within 30 minutes replace my toilet and it was completed within 1 hour.

Problem - water leak under sidewalk, close to main water meter.
My insurance agent said, 'you should get a quote from Z & Z plumbing.
I have been relaxed ever since ""Z"" showed-up and gave me a quote.
He saved me thousands and the Z & Z team work like professionals.
Also they cleaned-up after the job. After turning the water back on, every was flowing except my rear toilet water lead was plugged. ""Z"", sent over another pro, and he install a new water
lead to the toilet and changed the hardware in the toilet. This is some of the best
service I've every had.

Z & Z is way more than a plumbing company. They are masters at concrete foundation work as well. Clayton was referred to me by an old Carpenter friend when we were looking to do a complete foundation excavation, digging out another couple feet to get living space down there.

We lived there through the construction process and they banged it out in a month with minimal disruption to our lives. Awesome.

While we were at it, we decided to do a re-pipe of the whole house (100 yr old plumbing), since most of the plumbing that was exposed was going to be covered up when we finished the basement. Clayton called in his partner Seif for that job.

While Z & Z wasn't the cheapest bid we got, it was competitive. My wife and I decided to go with Z & Z based on the stellar recommendation and feeling of quality.

- amazing smooth concrete work on a difficult driveway slope (even other professionals remarked that it looked really good)
- quality plumbing work
- on-time and on-budget
- friendly and responsive, even to late night texts

He even agreed to leave a couple guys behind on an hourly basis to help us finish up.

The plumber that I normally use doesn't respond in a timely fashion so I was forced to look for a new plumber recently. I called Z and Z Plumbing on a Saturday morning and I was lucky enough to have a plumber respond to my call within about an hour on the same day! I can imagine that they're not always able to respond so quickly but I received fast, professional and efficient service at a reasonable price.
