I used the internet to track down a plumber in my area who has served families for several generations. He worked me into his timetable, and I was up and running for less money than I would have made working for the other person by myself. Extremely content.

express my disappointment and frustration regarding the service that was supposed to be provided by Yury Kuzmin plumbing company. Despite our agreement and scheduled appointment, the service was left incomplete, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of professionalism demonstrated.

I believe it is essential for service providers to fulfill their commitments to customers, and the lack of completion in this case has inconvenienced me and caused undue frustration. I expected better.

I kindly request that the service be completed, but no such luck... ugh

You have to be ultra clear about what you want done, I don't think he is licensed because he has never showede his license after I asked for it when the job wasn't completed correctly.

Yury responded my search for a new but dripping faucet promptly, came to see the problem. He was professional, honest, personable. He checked the faucet, opened the water valve, no dripping, he ended up saying my faucet is fine, no need to change the cartridge, I did not have to hire him!
He may not get a job now, but he has gotten a new client for future jobs.
